I recently took my Chihuahua to PETS ETC for grooming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so kind, gentle, and patient with my dog. You can immediately feel how much they truly care about animals. My Chihuahua felt comfortable, calm, and well cared for — and that means everything to me. The grooming was wonderful, but what impressed me most was the genuine warmth and attention they gave my dog. It’s not easy to find people you can fully trust with your pet, and I left feeling truly grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend PETS ETC to anyone looking for a place where pets are treated with love, respect, and real care. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

Tammy R. Helped my family find a wonderful food for our newly adopted French bulldog who has A LOT of allergies. She provided some free samples for us, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Tammy, we are so glad our little pup Moose is feeling better! For those with French Bulldogs getting hot spots or other allergic reactions, try Zignature Lamb! Our little fluffy Frenchie Moose loves it and he's not allergic!!!

Needed to get my dogs nails trimmed. Was recommended by a different groomer since Pets Etc takes in walk ins. Showed up and was greeted by friendly staff. You can tell my dog (Buddy) was feeling the great energy since his tail was waggin hard. Met the groomer and they got the job done quickly. Buddy and I will definitely be coming back.

brought my puppy to Pets Etc. for her first grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making both of us feel comfortable right away. They did an amazing job—my pup came out looking adorable and smelling fresh. The prices are very reasonable, and they even sent her home with some treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of our grooming needs!

Lindsey is an awesome groomer! She is amazing with my dog cookie! I’ve been going to her for a very very long time with my other dogs. Always professional, answers any questions I have and she is truly amazing! I very well recommend her 🫶🏻

Lyndsey is the best groomer we have ever been to! We bring our boys to her and not only does she do an amazing job with both our small dog and big dog but they literally love her. We would never go anywhere else! Thank you Lyndsey for taking such great care of our boys!

Love this pet store. Great customer service and great prices! And they always give free treats with any purchase that my doggo loves!
