The Muddy Paw Dog Grooming & Bathing

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. My pyrenees puppy had some intense shedding this past week, despite normal upkeep. I called around and got lucky last minute! Muddy paw squeezed me in same day for a bath, brush and nail trim. My pup looks so stunning! Her coat is incredibly soft and silky. Great attention to detail. I haven't had to vacuum her hair 30 times today so we're all happy 👍😅 The kindness they showed me and my pup will be bringing us back for many more visits. Thanks guys! The little bow on her collar was such a sweet touch.

I want to add to my previous review because the communication I received afterward was extremely unprofessional. I never paid a deposit, meaning no appointment was ever actually secured. Despite that, the business acted as if I had a confirmed booking, even though my message the day before asking for clarification was read and ignored. When I explained that I never had confirmation, I received defensive and emotional texts, including comments about "25 years of experience" and guilt-tripping me for not canceling an appointment that was never confirmed in the first place. Common courtesy goes both ways. If a business has an emergency or can’t communicate, that should be shared with the client, not held against them after the fact. My experience was not professional, and I stand by that.

Jill is the BEST! She has been doing my Schnauzer and Cocker Spaniel for years. Work is always flawless and pricing is superb. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My little dog Rambo had the pleasure of being groomed and boarded with Jill for 10 days. In those 10 days Jill far exceeded any expectations I could ever have had for pet care. It started with curbside drop off that was so easy & so convenient! Then came the pictures, updates, all of the love and snuggles and the way he was made to feel like one of her pack the entire time he was there! When I picked him up he was clean, nails trimmed (which is no small feat) and his temperament was that of a dog that had just left a 5 star resort stay! As a dog Mom who seldom trusts anyone with their little dog, all I can say is that if you're not using Jill for grooming and boarding, you & your fur baby are missing out!

I am a new client, this Clearwater location is so convenient. Jill is so down to earth and professional. Reasonable prices and she even worked with my work schedule since I have two jobs and only one day off. She has been a blessing to me!

My experience with their communication was extremely unprofessional. I never paid the required $25 deposit, so nothing was secured on my end. When they called me on Sunday and I missed the call, I immediately texted asking for the information they needed so we could handle it over text. They read my message and never responded. Instead of answering the questions I asked, they sent an appointment confirmation the next day even though I had not paid a deposit or confirmed anything. Later, I received a guilt-tripping message about missing an appointment that should never have been scheduled without my approval or payment. The entire interaction felt careless, confusing, and unprofessional, and it made me uncomfortable trusting them with a service.
