PetSmart Grooming

Krissy did a great job cutting my little girl. She talked to me out of doing a full cut and only did the FF&F (face, fanny and feet) which I was very pleased about. She didn't try to upsell me on something that was not needed. My dog was ready right when she said she was going to be and it was very easy to check out and leave. It's been a week and my dog still smells like she just got home from the groomers. The price was very fair, unlike most of the other groomers in the area that are charging $80 or more for a basic dog. I was charged only $60 and that included brushing her teeth, grinding her nails and an upgrade on shampoo.

Been bringing my dogs to PetSmart grooming for years now. Always great. Had an appointment today and they called, as I'm on my way, telling me of the new July 15, 2025 requirement for distemper and parvo. I get that. But why couldn't they notify grooming customers that there's a new requirement, ahead of time, instead calling and canceling 20 minutes before the appointment! Very unprofessional. Ruined the plans for the day!

Just brought my dog there to get groomed by Kelly F and she was AMAZING! So sweet and could tell she actually cared. All the staff there were very kind and caring. Will absolutely be back, thank you guys! (:

Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t have any employees that want to work. I know it’s tough to find good help these days but these guys have taken that to a new level. I’ve been trying to get my dog groomed by them for almost a month now. They’ve canceled on us the day of the appointment 3 times in a row now, because their groomer "called out". The only good thing I can say, is that the Manager has tried her best to give discounts and apologies. After this latest cancellation she offered a completely free grooming on this coming Saturday. But why would I cancel my Saturday plans and chance another cancellation from their groomer? I have ZERO confidence in them now. I’d rather pay money to a reputable service provider, and not have to hassle with people who have no interest in working. This location should just get rid of their grooming service if they can’t find any employees that are even willing to show up for work.

If I could give zero stars I would! The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced! We have been taking our dog here for years. Blake (new face) was very impatient and rude to me and my dog. My dog is elderly and needs extra comfort while being groomed by unfamiliar people. Angelica is amazing and has been grooming my dog for years and we have never had issues. Blake on the other hand was adamant on not being patient and cared less for my dog and his needs. It’s hard to believe that Petsmart would hire someone so callous as Blake!!

Awesome job the team today. They were able to see both my pups a walk-ins for nail trims. Prices are reasonable ($12) per dog; trim with buffering a little extra ($20). At that price point, you might as well get the bath, which also includes the nail buffering ($24). Overall, I enjoyed my visit and the staff who helped today. Great job!

Yo petsmart doesn’t really care about your pets or you for that matter. Gave them a call to get my dog groomed for the first time and employees said that since he had a bad note he couldn’t get groomed. I explained to them that my mother had asthma and they still did not care. They couldn’t tell me what store this happened at and I have no recollection of ever getting him groomed. They only said that he bit someone in the lobby. I then brought up that the only time he should of been in the lobby is when I would be there and I have never seen my dog bite another person. Use to love pet smart I even worked there now I will choose to shop somewhere else. The reason that did it for me is when the manager hung up on me after me waiting on him to clear the whole situation up. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Online shopping from now on. ✌🏻
