I used this pet grooming service 5 times and my most recent experience has led me to find a different groomer. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. they called to reschedule for 1:30 then they called to reschedule for 4:00 p.m. at that point I told them cancel my appointment I will be calling back to reschedule. I will not reschedule with them I will be looking for a new groomer.
Absolutely unacceptable this is the second time I tried to use this company first time they were about 3-4 hours late, today same thing. I was schedule for Saturday they call saying they have an earlier appointment for today. 12 came around nothing. 12:30 nothing I called they said they could reach the tech all of a sudden some lady calls me at 1 saying she is on her way it will be an hour it’s now 2:30 and nothing. I called and the lady says now 3:30. Save your time and find someone else. This company doesn’t not have it together.
The groomer was so freakin sweet but I absolutely hate my baby’s haircut she did not follow directions . I only used this place because I was staying at my dad’s house . I will never use them again. And he’s missing a patch of hair on his chest.
She was nice lady she knew about my dog and my dog seemed like her and the dog look good when she was done
They don't answer or got back about my appointment and un need of grooming for my cat she is shedding hair all over the house
