Been coming here since my puppy was about 3 months old. I love it ! I’ve tried different places but they never attend to my dogs needs specifically. My cocker spaniel Niko has skin issues and they offer great services for this ! They always listen to what u want. All pictures are from DIFFERENT grooming sessions:)

She did a great job! She was able to give my difficult cat a beautiful cut and trim his nails. Very polite, nice, and professional. Will definitely go again!

I booked a grooming appointment for my cat, who can get nervous, and gave him Gabapentin beforehand. Unfortunately, he threw it up before the visit and wasn’t cooperative — I was told he tried to bite during the process, so they could only trim his nails. I’d already paid a $25 booking fee (normally applied to grooming), but was told I’d have to pay it again to rebook. I completely understand policies and appreciate that staff safety comes first, but a little flexibility for a potential long-term client who would return would have gone a long way. My cat has been groomed before without issues — he doesn’t like it, but with the help of Gabapentin, they’ve always been able to shave him down. This was just an off day. The reason I likely wouldn’t book again is that if this situation were to happen another time, I’d end up paying another $25 and leaving empty-handed. That starts to feel like wasted money, whereas another business might be more lenient and understanding in situations like this. That kind of approach would make me feel better and more confident about continuing to support them long-term. Staff were friendly and professional, but I’ll likely try another groomer next time.

My dogs are so excited to go in and get groomed. They do excellent work. I have one little Chihuahua shitzhu (sp) mix and a goldendoodle. Just be aware they are a cash business, don't take cards.

Got them back in one piece, they smell and look great! I was real happy with results on my dog and cat. Ladies were nice, only thing they did not specify that it was cash/check only. Will probably go back. 🙂

I was able to get an appointment quickly, staff was friendly, they took great care of my senior pet and she came out fresh, happy & adorable!

We have been going to Amy for almost 20 years. We have had nothing but excellent care. I recommend her all the time. Keep doing what you're doing, Amy and staff!
