PetSmart Grooming

I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but I was very unsatisfied. I brought my dog in to get the $30 touch up walk in service, and was told by two separate workers that I needed an appointment for that service. It is on two separate signs as a walk in service, but I guess those aren’t accurate. I brushed that off and just asked them to trim and grind her nails, but not to touch one of them that had broken a week prior (broken down to the quick, didn’t need to be trimmed at all). When I got my dog back to the car, her quick was bleeding and had been cut. They were a bit busy, but that is no reason not to listen to the owner of the animal, and anyone with experience who would look at that specific nail would have seen that there was no nail to cut. It was just extremely disappointing, and I will never trust them with my dog again.

I called and made an appointment with Lilly. I get there she has an attitude and says my pet doesn’t have appt. Not my fault who I spoke with didn’t put the appointment in the scheduling. No apologies just basically said I didn’t have appointment with her attitude . I have brought my animals for grooming there for years. They just lost my business .

It’s not a good idea to pay for the "extra" furminator services! Because the time they need is not what they schedule you for. I’m super disappointed I paid so much extra for nothing. The workers are nice & super caring but I believe the corporate policy is keeping them from doing a really good job!

Took my mini doodle to the groomer. So happy I did not bring him sooner. Kalah did am amazing job. My baby is happy!

Website says grooming open until 9p but they stated they left at 545 because they didn't have any more appts... Well I was going to be an appt.

They do good, set your appointment online and make sure they send confirmation and the rest from there on is nothing to complain about. I have a aussidoodle and they take care of his coat very well and give him amazing cuts.
