I've always had good experiences getting my Rat Terrier and Havenese dogs trimmed here. You can tell the employees have lots of experience and have a good work ethic. The facility is by no means clean or organized, but the prices are affordable. We routinely go for nail trims that are $5 per dog. And our non shedder gets a full trim for $60. Our Havenese recently became a biter (during trims) and has always been a barker, and the employees never have a huge problem with it and know just how to handle him. Our Rat Terrier has always been HORRIFIED of nail trims but they snip them of in seconds with ease. Overall a 9/10 experience, the employees are a little grouchy sometimes and it's not a very pleasant environment. But definitely 5 stars since those are just preference things.

I would never leave a 1-star review I didn't truly mean, but I was appalled by getting my dog's nails trimmed here. I walked in, was not greeted, asked if I was there for a nail trim, and then my dog was having his nails effectively cut off in one fell swoop. No questions were asked about his history beyond whether he had ever had his nails clipped before. The owner refused to let go of his foot while he was yelping and writhing, despite the awful angle it put his whole leg at. She dragged him by his collar until it came off his head altogether, and then told me to get him out of the way because someone was trying to come in. It's almost as if you shouldn't perform your services in the (filthy) lobby with a dog you know absolutely nothing about. She cut the quick on multiple nails and he was bleeding when we left. I told her to stop after she did the second paw. She never looked at what she was doing, just did it as fast as possible, and blamed his breed for why he wasn't cooperating. She didn't charge me for services, which is great, because I don't make it a habit to pay people to abuse my pet. We're both traumatized, and I cannot recommend going anywhere else enough. Not worth the too good to be true price.

Great service and customer experience! No appt was needed so we showed up with our 2 large dogs for nail trims. We were in and out within 10 minutes--dogs didn't even have time to get nervous. And the price was a fraction of what I was paying at my vet's office for the exact same nail service! Thanks Carrie!

Reasonable price. Happy with service. They got my loyalty after my dog's first toe nail trim. I didn't know they were cash or check only. I couldn't pay and they said don't worry, just come back tomorrow and pay. I did and really liked them for this.

I want to edit to add that we never had problems with our dog’s anal glands until we went to this groomer. She had never had her anal glands expressed and I let them know that she wouldn’t need it as it’s never been a problem. Well it happened anyway. I noticed that she started leaking a nasty liquid shortly after her visit. Now, I have to take her to our vet regularly to have them expressed (she’s 5 and it was never a problem up until this point). I regret taking her here and wish they would’ve listened to me. —— Had a great experience, we will be returning
