Petco Grooming

I thought she did a good job, I know my rescue pup had some matting, but the amount of hair that was taken off his rear end was too much. I paid for the extra shampoo to help, and was hoping she could work out some of them (it was by no means a severe case) His rear end and privates are basically bald, and have no protection from elements as we hike and run. Luckily hair grows. I won’t be back.

The groomers here are always so great to my girls! The cashiers in the store are not as friendly. The store itself is awful and the air conditioning has been broken (I'm assuming) all summer. There have been fans going and it's been hot and miserable shopping around. I feel awful for the employees. The one time I came in on a weekday to get my dog's nails trimmed and it was so hot in the middle of the summer and the grooming area was closed (despite having a happy hour special for nail trim) - I called the number for grooming as I was in the store and the employee said they closed the grooming area because there wasn't any AC in the grooming part of the store either. Since I was already in the store and had to get my dogs nails cut that day since I was going out of town and she was about to be with a dog sitter... the groomer told me to come back since it was only a nail trim. She totally went above and beyond!!! Saved my day but the area was SO SO hot! Thankfully now there's AC in the grooming area of the store at least. I take my dogs there anytime they need a nail cut. I haven't done any other service but I might try a haircut next!

Paige always does a fantastic job with my dogs!

This time our groomer was Paige. And Obi looks great, she was even able to brush his teeth. We love his haircut and so does he. We will be booking with Paige from now on.

As always, Paige did an excellent job with my baby Lolo. I first met Paige at another PETCO location, and we followed her to this one because of the outstanding service she consistently provides. Thank you, Paige!

Jillian is the best stylist at Petco! She went above and beyond to make Riley feel comfortable during her bath and grooming process knowing Riley has some separation anxiety! Jillian really loves her job! I request her for every appointment! She is great, and I highly recommend her!

PAIGE is wonderful with my Benji. She always does such a wonderful job!
