Fancy Fluff Grooming

I am giving 5 stars but I would definitely give more if it would allow. Kayla is absolutely amazing! I called her near the end of the day while passing through town (San Angelo, TX) and asked if she could trim both of my dogs’ nails. She didn’t have to take us in so late, but she did — and it meant the world to me. With buying our first home and being so busy, I had fallen behind on their nail care and was feeling really guilty. Kayla was truly a blessing for the day. Normally my little dog squirms and makes nail trims difficult, but he must have loved Kayla bc both dogs were done within just a few minutes each. I was honestly shocked at how quick and gentle she was. She didn’t cut their nails too short, there was no bleeding, and they walked out happy and comfortable. She did a perfect job!!! I only wish her business was closer to where I live (Village Mills, TX), because I would be a regular customer without hesitation. I come through San Angelo every now and then, and you can bet I’ll be bringing my dogs back to her whenever I’m in town. She’s incredibly sweet, down‑to‑earth, and genuinely cares about the animals she works with. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, kind, and willing to go the extra mile, Kayla is truly an answered prayer.

We always have a wonderful experience here! They were able to get my dog in the very next day, which was such a huge help. The staff was kind, professional, and took great care of my dog during grooming. What really impressed me was their compassion. I also have a dog that I’ve been fostering since his owner passed, and they generously offered to bathe him as well. Not only that, but they even offered to help me find him a loving forever home. It’s clear they truly care about animals and go above and beyond for their clients. I boarded 2 of my dogs with them while we went away for a few days and I would do it again! I was extremely impressed with the way my dogs were handled. One being a belgian malinois with a ton of energy and the other being a senior dog who just wants to cuddle all day. They took amazing care of our babies. I got constant updates including texts, photos, and videos of my dogs throughout their stay. My dogs were never stuck in a cage all day. And didn't even want to come back with us when we came back home 😂 they were extremely happy when we went to pick them up. 10/10 recommend for boarding!

I have a difficult dog who would not allow the vet to clip his nails so I found fancy fluff. I was hesitant and was sure that they were not going to be able to clip them. However, within five minutes, she came out and said he did great.. I just wanted to give a a great thank you to the team there and I will definitely be referring other people to your business. Best groomer in town. Kaila not only does a great job but I can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes very good care of my very anxious dog. One of the best parts is he's not there all day in a kennel waiting, he's back home within an hour and a half. Can't recommend this place enough.

Kaila is just a fantastic groomer. My little dog is pretty skittish, but he relaxes and seems to enjoy the experience under her confident hands! I just get to sit and watch and visit and it’s very enjoyable for both of us! 👍

We live Fancy Fluffs. My dogs don’t get regular grooming because they are short hair but everytime we board them with Fancy Fluff they get a good bath and come home smelling so fresh. And speaking of boarding… did you know they board? My dogs love it there because they aren’t left cooped up all the time. They get to run free and play with other dogs which is great for their socialization.
