I am so glad that my favorite groomer is back at PETCO! We love Brittany coco doesn’t take well to others but Brittany has her way with her. She is so sweet and loving. Everyone that I have encountered is nice and helps whenever needed.
The reason for my high score is Jessica... she is very good and my dog will only go to her for grooming! I have a yorkie and he doesn't like people but he will go to Jessica and she is great with him even though he is scared of everything, but not with her! I don't know how she does it but she's great! If Petco doesn't have Jessica I refuse to get him groomed... just saying!

Jessica is the best. Costs are a little higher than other places but they are really kind to my dogs.
I brought my dog in to get a bath and I also purchased the add-on of a de-shedding. My dog is a short haired dog, but he has a lot of hair that sheds off of him. So I needed some help. The groomer said he did really good, which makes me happy because he does have some anxiety and gets nervous around strangers. He smelled really good. He also got his nails cut which he needed and I appreciated all of the work and time that they did on him. It took about two hours. His groom was on a Friday afternoon and on Monday morning, I decided to brush him to see how much hair would come out, if any. So much hair came out. It was like he didn’t even get a bath or a de-shed. I realize this could just be my dog, but I feel like I paid for a very expensive bath. Just disappointing is all.
Great Job. She looks like a puppy again and she is 14 years old. She smelled wonderful and was so soft.
