Uptown Bark

Ashley is amazing!!! I can never replace her. Ashley does haircuts on my 2 Persian Max and Cash. Our cat Max has never been able to be groomed by anyone and the vet said she will have to be sedated because we rescued her from an abusive home and unfortunately she has quite warmed up to us or anyone completely. Ashley has the magic touch need for sedation, and just lays there for Ashley to be to do herajic. I would never believed this could happen. These cats are so special to our family and I am very protective of them. So to have someone who loves and respects them means more than I can express. Also Max got out of our home and I was frantic, Persian don't do well outside we looked for hours and was heartbroken. All of a sudden Ashley text me and reported where Max was. She seen her on social media from a post from neighbors. Wow, Ashley you saved the day. What a amazing person Ashley is. We love you Ashley!!!

I have been using uptown bark for years with old and new management, but today was disappointing, owner came at me pretty upset and with an attitude that my dog was in horrible conditions. Asked why and said that his groomer had said that she has mats in all her body(that was a lie)he said everywhere you name it she got them and that had to shaved her. I told him that I had brush her last night and that I didn’t agreed with him or groomer, and that his groomer will NOT LIE, she was only there for 2 hours. Come to see only half of belly, butt. Next time he will charged me for shaving of mats, I asked him to charged me and he walked away with an attitude. Looks like this guy is having a BAD DAY TODAY. You guys just lost an another customer and it’s not the only business in town. Next time you(owner)handle things more professionally. $123.00 down the drain and don’t know why I left his groomer a $10.00 tip=$133.00 Attached pictures of my dog and where she was shaved.

We have been using Uptown Bark for a few years now and it's been great. The prices are good, the place is always clean, their customer service is great and they're very understanding and accommodating. My rescue pup is a big boy full of anxiety who I know can be a handful, so I'm sure he's not an easy one to have there, but they always seem happy to have him and they do a phenomenal job with him. We're extremely appreciative and happy to have found a place that does such a good job and who we can trust

This place is truly special. The owners are wonderful, approachable, and clearly love what they do. I never feel like just another customer, I can walk in, talk to the owners or employees and know my dog is genuinely cared for. I know my dog is happy here because all I have to say is, "Do you wanna go see your friends?" and he loses his mind with excitement and runs straight to the car. That alone tells me everything I need to know. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Uptown Bark did a wonderful job boarding my dogs! The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals. The owners are fantastic people—warm, attentive, and highly professional. My dogs were well taken care of, and I felt at ease knowing they were in great hands. I highly recommend Uptown Bark to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I haven’t been happy with Uptown Bark for a while. What completely lost my trust and business in Uptown Bark was when the girl brought my cat out, hanging out of her carrier, while there were a bunch of dogs around (being checked in). The fact they couldn’t pay attention to the situation and my cat was hanging half way out of her carrier had me loose all trust. Plus, they are hugely overpriced.

Soo thankful for Uptown! My dog ate some food I had left on the counter and was not feeling well because of it. It was the day before we were flying out of town and our other boarding place rejected him because they didn’t want to deal with a sick dog. I went into Uptown to see if they’d be willing to take him in last minute and help him get better, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to assure me he was in good hands, and we picked up a very happy and healthy pup after our trip. We will absolutely be boarding here again.
