Well i am not saying it was all bad. The price was good but when i picked my dog up he was only 1/2 done and not brushed out prior to his bath which i have never had a groomer do with a long haired dog before. My problem came in when she told me to bring him back in the following week WELL IF SHE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK WHEN I LEFT 4 messages is completely ridicules. And i gave her a $30 tip on top of his grooming fee 😡😡😡😡 needless to say i will not be back with any of my dogs

We had a great first experience! I called last minute because my toy poodle had gotten matted and we really needed him shaved before the holidays. She was able to fit him right in and he looks great! You can tell the staff really care about the dogs 🩵

I've been kenneling my dogs there for years! Terri takes great care of them and cares about the animals themselves. You may not get all the bells and whistles like a high end kennel but I know I don't need all that and the cost reflects it. I definitely recommend bringing your pets here!

My vet stopped doing nail trims and a friend of mine recommended Terri. My princess is a pug mix so she’s not a huge fan of nail trims. Terri was soooo patient and kind. SO thankful for her!

Our dog is terrible about her nails being trimmed & it causes so much anxiety for us - she did so great handling our dog! We couldn't be more grateful!

Very reasonable, friendly, & one of the only places that can handle fully grooming our senior dog. The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars was due to the strong urine smell and how hot it was inside on this 90 degree day; however, they had fans going. The service will bring us back.
