I recently moved to Boynton Beach. With my 2 fiveyear-old Maltese brothers. They usually snap at people when they get approached and they have to wear muzzles, they’re sweet boys I promise. But Stella and Steven won them over in a second and they would not leave them alone. The boutique that they have with the dog clothes….. you could just die lol I couldn’t be happier with this place. I will definitely go back. Steven did such a great job and Stella made me feel so comfortable. Very reasonably priced!!I’m really happy I went there!!!

An AWFUL grooming experience! We specifically stated not to trim Zoe’s hair above her eyes as we have been growing it out to reach her top knot. I was very upset when I saw her upon arriving at home. They had not only cut the hair above her eyes, but it was done unevenly. There was no resolution or apology upon speaking to the Boynton location afterwards. They have lost my business. Pet owners be aware.😡

Terrible !!! I’ve been coming here for years, but I’m very disappointed with my last visit. My dog’s groom was poorly done—uneven lines and not the style I requested. They also forgot her collar and charged me $20 extra stay fee even though I communicated I was working and couldn’t come immediately. They are a mill and don’t care! I paid 95$ for my visit. Every dog that walks into this place starts to shake and get nervous at the front door. I should have known when I arrived, I had to pick her up and force her to go inside that something was wrong. One owner said "what do you guys do back there?" I’ve referred many people here, but after this, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming for over 3 years and never had a problem until today. I dropped off my dog at 8:30 and after 4 hours later they called me to come and pick her up. When I got there and after I paid they brought her out to me totally un groomed. Not a single hair was trimmed. They weren’t even apologetic. So much for customer loyalty. I’ll never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

The Boynton Beach store has all new people working there. My dog used to love going there now we have to pick her up to get her in and then she can’t wait to get out. Last month I took her and they had to fix her ears three times to make them right. This month they cut two of her nails too short making them bleed and leaving her limping and they had to pull her bows out in order for them to put them back on her and they were dirty. She always got new bows in the past. I tried calling them and the phone says they have not set up their messaging yet so you can’t reach them unless you call another one to get in touch with them. I always bragged to everyone how wonderful they were. I know Three other customers who have had similar occurrences and will not return there. I will never put my dog thru this again. She wouldn’t even go out for her walk when we got home. When she saw us picking her up

The concept of no appointment is appealing until you realize their system means your dog will be waiting for 6 -7 hours for a 2 hour service. Calling for an estimated time is a joke, because it’s always 20 more min. I won’t be back.

If you are thinking of taking your dog here, think twice, find somewhere else. Horrible customer service, the owner is not nice and doesn't care about your animals and simply only business, we brought my moms dog here and after the appointment he has been limping and lathargic, and no compensation or apology was given. We addressed this over the phone called three times and went in person and no results.... the least you could do is own up to a mistake (bare minimum) instead of avoiding it, you lost a customer and hope my voice reaches to other people to NOT take your dog here. (He got groomed Monday 4/7 and still today 4/10 he feels unwell)
