Petco Grooming

The grooming is great. My only concern is the wait time under stressful conditions. If I make an appointment, I should not have to leave my baby for 2-4 hours. My fur baby leaves there shaking if you keep her there longer than an hour. I understand that you need to keep staff busy to stay competitive, but my loved one should not suffer when she can be completed in a half an hour.

Went to get my dogs teeth cleaned. Was charged the full price despite only the "attempt" to brush. All they did was swab his mouth, no brushing was done.

We had a great experience at Petco Davis, CA, using the dog grooming services for a special bath for our dogs, nail trimming, teeth brushing, and an ear wipeing. Our dogs were beautifully scented, soft and clean, and I didn’t hear their nails pitter- patting on the floor. Great experience I would definitely recommend them.

Very nice groomer. Happy with Noel’s cut. The only complaint I have is every time I take my pup your rates go up & no senior citizen discount. I’ll be checking other grooming establishments, $90.00 + tip is too much. I’m 81 years young, on ss & a very small pension.

Natalie is such an amazing person. She does such an amazing job. We used to go petco grooming closer to where we live and was never happy with the results. Seeing Natalie for the first time and having her actually listen to us, she made my kids so happy when they seen our pups haircut with our first visit with her. He looked so amazing and cute! My kids have never been happier when they seen their little dog, and my daughter told me we have to see only Natalie now lol, she is the only person who takes care and executes our pups grooming every single time. She is worth the travel.

I am so disappointed. I booked at Petco in Davis for my golden doodle. When I brought her home I noticed she was licking a few areas on her body and they are actual cuts that she has from her appointment. Actual skin was cut not like a razor burn. My dog is very sweet and gentle and shy. I also felt like she was probably rushed because they were so busy and she was there for 4 hours.
