Miss Charlotte's did an amazing job for my little Chihuahua/Papillon mix. Honey hates having her nails trimmed and they were able to trim them without any issues! Will be bringing her back soon!

Melissa is the best! I’ve taken my 3 pups to her for over 8 years now. She is amazing with all of them and always does what’s best for them. She truly loves dogs and it shows. She’s very knowledgeable about different dog breeds and what they need done. She is a funny, smart, professional business owner. We are thankful for her and all she has done for our fur babies!

Melissa has been grooming my family’s dogs for years. It’s obvious that she loves the dogs she works with, it’s not just a job. She always asks my how I want my Shi Tzu cut. She informs me of issues immediately. She recommends at home grooming suggestions. My dog jumps into her arms and enjoys the time she is with Melissa. Shi Tzu dogs require a lot of grooming. I’m lazy, so I make sure to take her to Melissa every two to three weeks to avoid matty hair. My 13.5 year old lab had joint issues and was very sensitive to sounds before he passed. Melissa continued working with him. She accommodated his needs. He still enjoyed his time with her. This was great news because he was an English lab who shedded A LOT. She always made sure to get rid of a lot of that unwanted hair. I moved two hours away. I tried groomers closer to home. After some bad cuts, a dry bath, and a traumatized dog I started driving two hours to have Melissa groom my dog. I would not go anywhere else.

Bethany is the only one that can groom my dog! He is a brat!!

Overall it took nearly 4 hours for them to finish up grooming my dog and his hair was cut wayyy to short (not what i asked for). What really makes this a 1 star is how my dog now has a rash and has been itchy since his appointment they must have not cleaned their clippers / equipment. My poor baby has NEVER had flees before, we usually take him to another groomer at a different location and he comes back looking great and we have 0 complaints but this time when he came back from Miss Charlotte's Pampered Pets, he came back with flees. They must've had him around other dogs or must've used unsanitized equipment. I am beyond disappointed considering we paied nearly $80 for a cut and a shower. My little baby boy is in pain itching ever since his appointment.

DO NOT COME HERE ! It was my first time coming to this establishment and can I just say.... Im extremely disappointed with my experience. My dog came in with long beautiful hair and I just wanted a simple trim. After waiting a few hours for my dog (which I found strange), he comes out nearly shaved. I maintain my dogs fur to make sure there is no matting so this was completely unnecessary. Not only this but once I got home I saw he was scratching and when I examined him closer I realized he had FLEAS ! I have 2 inside cats as well as my shih szu and none of them have had fleas before. I take proper care of my animals to make sure nothing like this happens but now not only do I need to give my dog a flea bath but both my cats as well.

I have been taking my dog to this establishment for 10 years and have frequent standing appointments (poodle maintenance). I'm always greeted warmly and my groomer is very communicative with me regarding my dog's grooming and styling. I have full and complete trust in my groomer! I highly recommend!
