Tiana is absolutely amazing! She is pleasant to work with and my dogs love her. I have two Brussels Griffons that she has groomed for many years. Most groomers in the St. Louis metropolitan area do not know how to groom that breed but Tiana does them perfectly every time. She is flexible and kind, and I can’t say enough great things about her and her professionalism. I have followed her to every salon that she has worked at. So happy that she has opened her own salon now. I drive from St. Louis city to see her every month.
*We absolutely love this groomer*. We have had many dogs over the years and have used many different groomers but they have never treated them as kindly as Tiana has. She listens to us and then cuts them just as we request. She is gentle with our special needs puppy and does not waste time while he waits in a kennel to be groomed. She is very patient with our high anxiety little dog and when we pick her up she is happy and very well groomed. We will never go to another groomer!!
We’ve followed Tiana around the St. Louis metro area since we moved to St. Louis in 2019. She does a wonderful job handling our rescue chihuahua/terrier mix Oreo, who has some aggression/behavioral issues, and gives him an excellent cut every time! We wouldn’t trust him with anyone else.
