Grandma's Dog House

I have been allowing Marcene to care for my furry babies over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. She is always available, flexible, fair and enjoys what she does. My pups are always happy and healthy when I pick them up. She also sends texts/picture updates during their stay and is great at communicating any concerns. I would highly recommend Grandma's Dog House if you're looking for a kennel free, laid back/home environment with loving supervision.

Let me preface this review by saying I’ve never boarded my dogs for the 7 years of owning them because I simply didn’t trust anyone enough. What if my dog gets sick, has an accident, or doesn’t get along with another dog- will they be punished or locked away for the entirety of my trip? I missed out on a lot of vacations. I initially met with Marcene for a meet and greet and I knew instantly her and her boyfriend Shaun were truly dog people. They watched my two small fearful dogs for two weeks and kept me updated daily which really helped me be able to enjoy my vacation knowing my dogs were on a vacation of their own. Marcene is able to adapt to your pup in any way to make sure they are comfortable during their stay. She even checks bedding daily to see if any laundry needs to be done. I’m so happy my dogs now have a home away from home so I can go out of state once in awhile. Thank you Marcene and Shaun!

Absolutely LOVE Marcene and her service!!! It was easy and efficient from day one! I highly recommend her. She’s very nice and professional and my dog loves seeing her and going over there. I currently use her service and will continue to do so. Definitely just do it if you’re looking and needing this for your dog.

I booked my 4 Chihuahuas with Marcene kind of last minute for 6 days. She sent daily updates and pics. Would book again.

I work 3 days a week in office and needed to find somewhere for my puppy - been going for months now and I couldn’t be more pleased! Marcene is great and my puppy is over the moon to see her every week!! Photo is Dutchess sleeping after a long day at daycare 🙂

My dog loves being at Grandmas! He literally drags me out of the car and is always so happy to be there, and so tired when he leaves. Marcene fully understands dogs and you can tell she truly has a passion for taking care of animals. I love that the pups don’t get caged and they get to hang with friends all day and night. Prices are extremely fair and I haven’t had a single issue with Grandmas at all. I don’t think I’d ever leave my dog anywhere else but here. Would recommend Grandmas to anyone who needs a safe spot for their dog to have fun and get the best care out there. Thanks for always taking great care of Padre Marcene!
