Pet Palace - Columbus

We’ve boarded several pets here over the years. Whether it be a dog or a cat, they always seem reluctant to leave and come home with us. They’ve always seemed to be comfortable at the Pet Palace. They received lots of love and attention from the wonderful staff that takes care of them.

We’ve used Pet Palace for over a decade and they have been absolutely wonderful to our pack. They treat our pups like their own family and keep us posted if anything comes up during visits. Our elderly guy Walter can’t get around as well anymore and they make sure he has anti-slip mats and is comfortable during his stays. When our tripod, Lucy started to slow down, they also took extra steps to ensure her comfort. The people are friendly and kind and I never worry about our dogs whenever we take them there. Thank you for caring for all of our fur-kids, and for your kindness and love when we lost Lucy in 2024.

I have a very anxious large dog. I typically have to pay the vet to put him under anesthesia to trim his nails. I took Milo to Pet Palace yesterday for a full grooming experience expecting to be notified that they couldn't get everything done. Wow was I surprised! They did such a good job. He came home so clean, his white was whiter than it's ever been, nails trimmed, and he smells so good. Thank you so much. The staff is always so amazing.

My dogs have been going to PetPalace (Airport) since we moved back to Columbus 2 years ago. I cannot say enough about the staff and the atmosphere here. My dogs genuinely get excited to "go to the palace"! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and patient which is a huge positive with my 2 large reactive dogs. I feel very confident and safe leaving my babies in their care. They have gone as far as hand feeding one of my dogs who wasn’t interested in her food. It is evident that every staff member is passionate about providing top tier care for every animal that comes through their doors.

I've been using this airport location since it opened. 3 dogs later & at least almost 20 years later, I've had consistent and loyal service. My dogs are my children and I feel he receives that same type of love & care with Pet Palace Like any daycare I give my own personal instructions and the staff does their best to accommodate. I will add my dogs haven't been easy, German shepherd breeds with social anxiety, g.i. intestinal feeding requirements, separation disorders and I must say for my experience over the years they have done their best to be patient to handle it all. So yes I trust this place, I know the owners care and I'd recommend Aiport Pet Palace to anyone. Words can't explain the feeling and not having to worry, knowing your animals are in great care. I appreciate the Exceptional service and safe place For my pets over the years... PATIENT & ACCOMMODATING.

Over the years, all three of my cats have had the loving care of boarding at the Pet Palace by the airport. There is a closer airport to where I live but I choose to drive a ways to fly out of Columbus because of the Pet Palace. I highly recommend the one-on-one play time—great for my cats and for socialization. Pet Palace at the airport is wonderful!

This is our second time boarding our two dogs. Great experience both times. Facility is clean and the staff are loving and attentive to the animals. Daily pictures and updates are very much appreciated, helping us to relax and enjoy our time away.
