Collars Dog Resort

Had our dogs groomed here and they did a PHENOMENAL job! They even put cute bows and ties on them!!! Such great attention to detail! We’ve also boarded our dogs plenty of times and love the flexibility and after hours pickup! I disagree with the other review about it being too sterile. Everyone I’ve met here is always playing and interacting with the animals. It’s unfair that one persons incorrect review would be listed so high on this page. There’s some stuck up people in JoCo, that’s all I’ll say.

We always have such an amazing experience at the Collar Club! We live out of town but always bring our pup Molly with us when visiting family to board her here because they are the greatest. They take such good care of her, are so communicative, offer 24/7 drop off/pick up, and have amazing customer service. We can check on Molly whenever we want with the live webcams, which makes us feel great! Overall 10/10!!

The place is extremely clean but so sterile. There was minimal interaction between people and dogs. On camera they kept shooing away any dogs that came to them. It felt so lonely and sterile there. Picked my pup up asap after her meet and greet. So many better options with outside room to play

Lily,my yellow lab is a strong, independent girl. She had never had her nails trimmed because she is a strong, independent girl Erica was able do a full package on my stubborn " Good Girl". Nails trimmed, bath, ears cleaned, at a very reasonable price. Lily and I will be back!! Thanks

Our puppy, Slow-Mo stayed here for 7 days while we were gone and it was great. The camera in her apartment and the camera in the play area were awesome! We were able to check on her at any point in the day/night and we were able to text or call them if we have any requests/questions. They also updated us and even gave her a free exit bath which was really sweet. We also were able to pick her up after hours through their 24hr pick up system. Honestly, it was the best place for Mo during that time. The facility is nice and clean. The staff were exceptional. We highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Collars Dog Resort in Olathe. My pup, Kirby, is a large and energetic boy and all of the staff does so well with him. They are very communicative, extremely flexible with the 24/7 drop off/pick up; the live cameras for daycare and during overnight boarding is are super nice as well. It gives me a lot of peace of mind when I’m traveling or working late that my pup is in good hands.

We leave our pups here for boarding when we’re out of town. The team is great and very communicative. I love being able to check on my dogs on the cameras too. We also just recently used their new grooming services and our pups had great report cards.
