The Lodge

They take the best care of our pup Aqua, also is a big plus that there’s a pool there. Our pup is a fish. They are always friendly and easy to work with.

My dog absolutely loves The Lodge! Although he can be a bit reserved at times, the staff is always so patient with him and gives him lots of love. The staff is very kind and go above and beyond for ALL their clients (pets and humans). I would definitely recommend going to them for any service!

My dog absolutely loved the resort. He is not one to be friendly with other dogs but he truly loves the daycare with the other dogs there. The grooming was also really good, he came back pampered and looking very dapper. Any dog would love being here. The customer service was also really good and the employees were very helpful with everything.

We visited from out of down recently and used The Lodge for dog boarding! We had a great experience overall with our two dogs, and the staff was so kind and patient. Moreover, we felt very comfortable leaving our pups here and will certainly come back the next time we are in town.Special thanks to Maya to going the extra mile and giving our fur babies the love they needed.

My dog Lucy LOVES coming to daycare at The Lodge. She is always so tried from running around all day and playing with her pup friends! The staff there is AMAZING and are very welcoming. I also love that they have a camera in their daycare yards so you can watch your pups play! Overall the best experience I would 100% recommend.

I hate to write this post as I had previously given them a good review. But I’m devastated by what happened to my dog at The Lodge at New Tampa yesterday, 07/23. During what should have been a safe stay at daycare, my dog was viciously attacked by another dog that was there for boarding. The injuries my dog sustained were severe and have required veterinary care. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of accountability. The owners of the attacking dog have not apologized, and shockingly, the facility is still allowing that dog to return. This is unacceptable and shows a disturbing disregard for the safety and well-being of other dogs. I entrusted The Lodge with my dog’s care, assuming safety protocols and responsible supervision would be in place. That trust has been completely broken. If you love your pet and expect them to be protected in your absence, I would strongly urge you to reconsider bringing them here.

My dogs LOVE the lodge!! The staff is very friendly and inviting! My dogs are typically more on the nervous side when they are not with me but they quickly acclimated and I was able to relax knowing they were in good hands while I was away. They also both were groomed before I got them and they came out perfectly🥰 The lodge has SO MUCH to offer, if you’re wondering if they do it they most likely do and I 100% recommend them!!🤩
