PetSuites Erlanger

My fur-baby was a drop-in, sort of, at Pet Suites. They welcomed us into the facility without hesitation. Of course, his vaccines had to be and are up to date.We were in town to visit the Creation Museum and wanted Marvin to enjoy his day while we enjoyed ours. The staff made sure he did..You guys did a great job. Thank you. 😊

This facility is fantastic because of all the great employees they have. Each one of them makes me feel special. They do a great job taking care of my German Shepherd Bailey. She also loves the grooming appointments we have there too. They are the best we have ever worked with.

We took our mini golden doodle for a grooming and sad to say but they didn’t do a good job. They shaved him and also hurt the skin on his face. We asked for a teddy bear / round face and it looks like they were in a hurry and just shaved everything. Definitely not taking him there again.

This place is top notch! They love your dog like their own. Everyone from dog training to day play does a great job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Chessie always comes home happy and well exercised! She is always going on and on about how much fun she had at day play with all of her doggie friends! She is always telling her BIG brother Liam about all the fun that she had!!!

Penny enjoyed her stay. She seemed happy & well cared for. Thank you! We loved the pics & " updates" on how Penny was doing.

This was first time boarding our new dog and I’m so glad we happened to choose PetSuites! The staff were so kind and professional, the facility was spotless, and the care was above and beyond. We plan to use the daycare option in the future as our girl had an absolute blast during playtime. She’s still pooped from having the best time!

We had concerns about going on vacation and leaving our Pup with anyone. We looked around at several boarding facilities and after taking a tour with amazing staff we chose Pet Suites Erlanger. We were provided all the pertinent information from the wonderful staff members we interacted with. Upon drop off we were confident that our little girl would be taken care of with no worries. The Gingr app they use allowed us to monitor our pups daily adventures which was a nice feature, boosting our confidence that all would be fine. We could monitor daily feedings and had ability to communicate directly through the app via text. We did this a few times and again, this boosted our confidence we had made the right choice. All was well upon pick up and we are much relieved to have our girl back home after a long needed vacation. Great facility and GREAT STAFF. The staff being as great as they were, they way you could tell that they are animal lovers, and the enthusiastic way they went about their job made our decision even easier!!! Highly recommend!!!
