Springbrook Kennels

As a first-time boarder, I was so worried about leaving my senior dog with a new facility. However, the staff at Springbrook kennels were outstanding. They were very warm and understanding of my pet's needs, and their loving care was outstanding. They even accommodated his special diet and medication schedule flawlessly. Knowing he was treated like family while we were away was worth everything. We are so grateful

They always have openings for my 4 dogs (Chihuahua, Shih Tzu, Cairn Terrier, and American Staffordshire). They’re very professional and very accommodating. My Staffordshire has anxiety and needs meds twice a day, in addition to my Cairn Terrier who needs ear infection antibiotics. There are zero problems when I drop them off. It’s always quick & easy. Pick-ups and payments are seamless also. I always get everything returned to me, regardless of what shape it’s in after my dogs realize I’m not returning the next day. I’ve even received calls when one of my girls went into heat. They checked all of them to identify who was bleeding and where. Not to mention, if I run out of food during extended stays, they’ll call to inform me and I’ll have Chewy’s deliver it directly to the kennel. I love this place so much that I picked up 4 "Las Vegas, Nevada" shorts just to thank them for my 11 day visit.

My llasapoo is a senior dog. Danielle was very patient and gave him breaks to keep him comfortable with his grooming. He's beautiful after his spaw day!

They care for your fir babies just as you do!! A very clean and maintained kennel. I wouldn't leave my two with anyone else. My entire family use them.

COVERED IN POOP WHEN I PICKED UP! I have been taking our dog to Springbrook Kennels for longer vacations for years and have always had a fine experience there. Our pup always seemed happy when I picked him up and it was fine. Today I picked him up on our scheduled pick up day after being there for five days and he has feces all over him. I didn’t see it until he jumped up into the back of the car. I asked the girl who brought him out if it was poop all over him and instead of being like "oh my let me take him back and wash some of that off before he destroys your car" she simply looked at me and said "yea sorry" and then walked away. If that’s your strategy to upsell for a bath on the day of pick up you missed the mark and a customer. We will not be returning, very disappointed. I understand that dogs get messy and don’t expect him to be cleaner than when I dropped him off. If a customer is scheduled to pick up that day, make some kind of effort to clean them up before they go home and return them in the same shape they came in.
