Jackie and her team are amazing!. I have a very timid girl who doesn't take to strangers very well. My husband and I both work downtown and needed a dog walker really badly as my pup wouldn't allow our neighbor to let her out after months of trying. I was able to meet Jackie and both walkers (Colleen & Susie) and they were all so patient with our dog. Based on previous attempts with neighbors, I was expecting my dog to not allow anyone to let her our for the first couple of weeks at minimum. On day 1, they took it slow with her, built her trust and they were off for a walk! I was so surprised and SO relieved. Being able to rely on someone to let her out and give her some exercise has been a life changing thing for my hubs and I. My career, social life and marriage has benefited; not to be dramatic. I get adorable pictures everyday of the walks and playtime. The girls also make sure to put her coat on for walks when it's cold as she barely has any fur on her belly. A great bonus is that I can cancel the morning of without any financial implications if I decide to work from home that day. Really easy to get a hold of Jackie and I'm so thankful I found them!
The Super Dog Walking team led by Dana and Justin is professional, dependable, trustworthy, communicative and most importantly has a great understanding and love of dogs. SDW has been regularly walking (and occasionally boarding) our dog, a belgian malinois mix, for over 2.5 years. Dana and Justin may be the only people our dog likes more than her owners, no joke. It is without hesitation that we offer SDW a top-shelf review and recommendation!
Superior pet care! Trust is key in any relationship and especially with your animals. I take great comfort that the same Walker comes everyday to attend to my dog merles needs.
