Peak City Puppy

I am so delighted that I found Peak City Puppy, love the way that they take care of my fur kids! and as important, my three furry family members love their sitters! They take excellent care of them - spending time to get to know them and their personalities, playing with them, taking them walks and giving them lot's of cuddles - mine are big love bugs! I have a diverse crew - a 6 month dachshund puppy, a 2 yr. old high-energy standard poodle and a 15year young senior dachshund with special dietary needs - so I am very particular about who cares for them while I am away, and I have been very pleased with the exceptional care and attention to details and the different needs of each of my dogs, that Peak City Puppy has provided. They update me at each visit, letting me know how each of my dogs is doing, what activities they are doing and they include lots of wonderful pics! They even brought some wholesome holidays treats to my little crew - very thoughtful! (Thank you Michele!)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Peak City Puppy. Our pet sitter was amazing and attentive to every single detail. We received daily updates with pictures and descriptions of everything Barkley did, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were incredibly understanding and compassionate when we had a medical emergency and ended up getting back into town later than planned. They truly went above and beyond in every way. We felt completely comforted knowing Barkley was in such loving hands with Stacy and her family. I cannot recommend Peak City Puppy enough—we will absolutely use them again!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Peak City Puppy! They stepped in at the very last minute in an emergency and were the only service to respond to my messages. Both Heather and Beth were outstanding at quickly arranging a schedule for us and we were lucky enough to meet Jenny, who cared for our Louie for two weeks when we needed help the most. Knowing our boy was in such loving, reliable hands gave us tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful time. Jenny was very dependable, communicative, and she always greeted us with a cheerful smile. She sent us visit notes with pictures after each walk. Peak City Puppy is full of extremely caring and detail-oriented folks. I have never felt safer leaving my girl; I know she's in great hands. Both our sitter and the admin staff are phenomenal communicators and the app/website makes scheduling, paying, and everything else extremely straightforward and convenient. We recently traveled out of the country and trusted Rebecca at Peak City Puppy to care for our two dogs, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had Peak City Puppy care for our dog in our home over several weekends across six weeks, and the experience was fantastic. We worked with three different caretakers, and each one was wonderfully communicative—sending us videos and pictures so we could see how well our boy was doing. They took excellent care of him and were flexible when our departure or arrival times shifted, adjusting their visits without hesitation. That kind of reliability and attentiveness gave us real peace of mind. I’ve already recommended Peak City Puppy to many friends and will absolutely continue using them in the future. Update: Great sitters, terrible customer service. We loved the sitters with Peak City but will never use the company again. We ended up having to return from a trip early and canceled in the app the day before. We were still charged full price for 2 days with no services rendered. I understand if they had applied a fee to take care of their employees; however, when I asked if any of the money I was charged would go to the sitter there was no response from the company. We asked for our keys to be returned and will never use PCP again. ****** We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!
