I would give them 10 stars if I could, 5 stars is just not enough to express my appreciation and gratitude for their team of dog lovers. They care for my pup like no one else ever has other than myself. I think our biggest fear as dog owners is leaving our babies with someone you're unsure of, luckily i've never had to 2nd guess the care that's being provided. I am always 100% comfortable having them do overnights in my apartment. It's like a fun sleepover for all of them. Rebecca Cory and Crystal are great with communication, I love the notes and pics of George. Thank you Loupetville for being reliable and for treating my baby like your own!

The Ohana team sets the standard for pet care! I have been a client for two years, and every single team member is reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. My pup sonny absolutely loves her visits! The team truly goes out of their way to make sure your pet receives the best, most dependable care. The app makes it easy to schedule, and you get live updates and pictures! It is the best part of my day to see the pictures from the visit. Thank you Ohana team!!!

The team communicates well and in a timely manner. I trust the employees that come into my home to check-in on my 3 cats when I travel. They follow all instructions I leave for them. I have yet to encounter any issues and overall my experience with Ohana has been smooth. I plan to continue using their services in the future and would recommend them to any pet parent.

I was a customer the entire time i lived in louisville and recommend them to everyone who has a pet. i always felt like my two cats were not only cared for, but also loved! Willie was my regular cat sitter and he was awesome. always gave me a detailed report with lots of pictures. i could tell my cats really enjoyed when he visited. rebecca and willie always went above and beyond for my babies, and i never had to worry about my cats when i was away! i can't recommend them enough

I used Ohana for the 1st time when I was out of town over the holidays for a week. I was thrilled with their service and dependability!! Their practice of sending several pictures - tied to their tasks and my special requests - and their additional comments they knew I'd want to know as a first-timer - were very reassuring to me. My fiancé and I have a cat and a dog we are very picky about who we leave with our pets and give access to our home. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with this company they always take care of us and our pup and cat absolutely love them I would recommend this company to anyone in the Louisville area who needs a pet sitter or dog walker !!
