Lori's Grooming, Boarding & Daycare

Absolutely horrible! They ruined the way my dog looked. The fluffy bear of a dog which is what we wanted, and for our kids allergies is what we got. The first 3 photos is what the dog looked like after they shaved him. NOW keep in mind he had already seen them multiple times. So they had already groomed him prior every 3 weeks. They said he had some knotting and instead of going over shaving my dog completely they didn’t at all. They said they need to start over in the areas where where was knots. They were lazy and shaved him. And if there was knots they were the ones who had been grooming him so that would have been on them. Now months later his hair still wont grow out. The kids allergies due to all the skin being so visible has really affected them. And they didn’t care they did the quick and easy route. Horrible, horrible.

Linda is an incredible groomer! I’ve taken my sweet Cavapoo to several other highly rated groomers where none of them followed my clear requests. Linda nails it every time with the perfect teddy bear cut that makes Cavapoos so adorable & distinct. After a year of trying out so many groomers with mediocre results, it’s such a relief to be able to drop Penny off knowing that she’s in good hands with Linda & will come out looking perfect.

Loris does the best job by far! I have been to so many places and Loris beat them all! fair prices easy to work with super nice staff! and they never hit you up for more fees! Like others and prices are fair!

They were professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our dog in their care. Lori’s Grooming is our favorite. Our dog, Pistachio, has been going to Lori and her team since he was a baby. Lori and her team have in multiple occasions done follow up phone calls to check in on our dog. He’s a bit high energy so we appreciate that they love him as much as we do. We’ve used both grooming and daycare very often and are so grateful for their high quality service. Even though we have moved a bit further away, we still go to Lori’s because they’re worth the drive!

I’m from out of town and needed to get a grooming appointment last minute for my golden doodle to be comfy in the 100 degree Phoenix weather. Booked here pretty last minute, knowing nothing, and was beyond pleasantly surprised!!! Lori‘s Grooming is extremely experienced in how to cut golden doodles perfectly, and they did all the specifications I asked for (round head, cut length, etc.). Quick, standard pricing. Highly highly recommend!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Lori got me in on short notice. The groomer took the time to ask me how I would like my dog groomed. I had a picture on my phone that I sent her and she did an amazing job - she did exactly what I was looking for. Will absolutely be back for his next groom.
