PetSmart Doggie Day Camp

I came in to this location September 15th while in town for work. I had purchased a 10 pack for doggy daycare. After seeing the small room where several dogs were jammed into, I made the decision to not leave my dog there being he looked terrified. He goes to doggy daycare every day back home, and is used to having a lot more space to play. I asked for a refund and the 3 people at the front desk deleted the 10pack package from my account and told me that the refund would process shortly after. It has been 3 weeks and I called to follow up being the $300 has not been refunded to my account. When I called, I’m now being told the person only refunded a day and not the full amount and am being told to come in store, when I do not live in ABQ and as I stated prior, was only visiting for work. The location is now giving me a hard time regarding the $300 refund for a package I did not use due and will never use due to the conditions of their doggy day camp, even though they told me while in store the refund was processed AND they deleted the package from my account. A small confined single room smaller than my living room with several dogs, and also the front desk area smelling like dog pee is not somewhere anyone should leave their pet.

Their worms and crickets are usually dead and dried out. They don't have the best selections I'd rather go to Clark's!!
