Dogtopia of Arlington Heights

Dogtopia has been such a blessing for our family. One of my favorite services is the VIP lane, where the staff comes directly to my car to pick up and drop off my pup. I have been dealing with hip, leg, and toe issues that make walking painful, so this convenience has made a huge difference in my daily life. My dog, Emmy, absolutely loves coming here. She starts wiggling with excitement the moment we pull into the parking lot! It's clear that she loves the staff, and I truly feel that she is cared for and loved while she's there. I also appreciate the cameras that allow me to check in on her throughout the day whenever I miss her. The team is always accommodating, whether it's fitting in a last-minute trim or helping with an extra daycare day outside of my package when needed. As a working family, having a place where we know our pup is safe, happy, loved, and well cared for brings us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for everyone at Dogtopia and all they do for Emmy.

Whether a review or a thank you, the entire staff at Dogtopia is amazing. From the valet service at drop off or pick up, our four legged family member is genuinely excited to arrive and exhausted when headed home. We know she's in great hands and are kept well informed when needed.

So far our dogs first day at Doggie Daycare was wonderful! She is excited to attend more days at Dogtopia in AH in the near future! Thank you to the caring staff for making her first day comfortable for her and myself.

You can tell the team truly cares for Peggy. I cannot sign their praises enough - especially in the couple of times that I have been in a pinch, and the staff has been more than accommodating.

I LOVED THIS PLACE UNTIL MY PUPPY GOT GIARDIA! My pup does not hit outside until doggie daycare, he is a house dog and uses a pen with training papers! I'm so disappointed that we had to discontinue bringing him here to socialize and interact with other dogs!

Entire staff is great! They really care, and take care of your pets. Our 2 dogs were very happy to see the staff and other pets on return stays @ the daycare. They slept like logs which tells me they were kept very active too! Will definitely return to Dogtopia if needed again!!

Picked up our dog had a large section of fur 1 And a half round piece missing we were told it was a scratch . Had to take her to the vet for treatment and medicine due to it is infected . Don’t believe we will ever use there services again! The Vet bill was a couple hundred .
