We are loving the daycare services! Our 9-month old puppy started a few weeks ago and the team has been wonderful. It’s obvious that the dogs’ experience is their #1 priority. Our girl was a bit timid and overwhelmed at first, so they had us keep her in weekend sessions (when it’s less busy) until she was comfortable enough to move to weekdays. We really appreciate that they did this rather than just throwing her in the deep end. They always give us a full run-down of how her day went, and give us great tips of what we can work on to improve her experience. The report cards we get with each session are an adorable keepsake. Last time we dropped her off, she ran straight to the play area without even glancing back at us! She’s always happy and exhausted when we pick her up. Definitely recommend you try this place if you’re looking for a daycare that really cares!

My dog loves it here! He always has the best day and is exhausted when he gets home lol. I love that they do cute activities for the holidays, make training recommendations when needed, and have pretty much everything you need. I love how they divide the groups based on size, temperament, etc, because our last daycare just put all dogs together in one big group, which was overstimulating for him at times. I can’t recommend them enough and every staff member has been SO sweet and helpful.

Brianne and Malia were my dog’s instructors so far in several classes and I couldn’t be happier with all their sound advice, practical concepts, loving kindness, genuine care and empathy for dogs. Will be taking more classes !

Don't bother if your dog is not already perfect.... I have a newly rescued pup (4 months since being found as a stray, 3 weeks in my care). She's 1 1/2 years old, so she's an excitable adolescent, and she's still learning. But she loves people and other dogs and I thought she would really love this place for boarding and day care with the great reviews it gets. She was rejected on her evaluation. When her "failure" was explained to me, I found it to be pretty unreasonable. Within 10 min of being in a new place, your dog is expected to still have immediate recall despite being excited about meeting all the new dogs, and be perfectly comfortable with a stranger leading them into a crate. I feel like that's a really high bar for all but the most well trained, well adjusted dogs? 15 min evaluation, no appeal, just rejected. I'm sure this place is great for all the perfect dogs out there, but if you're in a similar situation where you're looking for a place for a rescue who's still adjusting, these are not your people.

Diego is our 17-year-old cat and Marie is the best pet sitter for us! We wanted to send some high praise for Marie and her help during our vacation last week while she was pet sitting. She absolutely went above and beyond when Dieguito decided to go on a hunger strike and not eat any of the food options we left him. She picked up some tuna for him and got him to eat and take his meds, which truly saved the trip. We could not be happier with Marie and how she cares for our old kitty. Thank you Marie and Fur- get me nots for having great humans working with you.

It has taken me a while to write this, but wanted to share our experience. My dog went to daycare and did boarding here for a while. Everything started off okay, but then we started getting notifications that he was spending most of his time having "calming breaks" in a crate while he was there. We tried signing him up for enrichment activities, but then got an email asking that we not sign him up anymore, because he barked too much (coonhound)— this notification was written in such a negative POV that I could tell they did not like our dog. During his year or so time there, he was bitten by another dog 2x and got kennel cough 2x. When trying to get more info about the bites, it was revealed that our dog was not an aggressor, but virtually no effort was made to fix the situation or provide additional info. We decided to end our dog’s time there after the 2nd bite. If your dog isn’t a perfectly calm and behaved dog, I don’t recommend this for you.

This is going to be a bit of a "stan" review. Recently, my dog Tucker, collapsed at boarding while I was out of town. For understanding this happened just after a major winter storm that shut down everything. Because of the quick action of the staff and owner, Tucker was immediately taken to the emergency room and rushed into surgery that afternoon. Without fur-get-me-not, Tucker wouldn't be sitting at my feet recovering now. I can't say enough good about this company, it's team and how they have provided excellent care for my two dogs over the past two years. These folks know my dogs, their personalities and their needs. Would give 10 stars if I could.
