Melissa at PetSuites Arlington is incredible. My dog Daphne is not the easiest to groom, but Melissa handles her with so much skill and patience that it honestly feels like magic. Every time I pick Daphne up, she looks amazing. The cuts are clean and balanced. It’s not just a one-time thing. It’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Melissa’s attention to detail really shows, even down to her paws. Daphne looks polished yet completely herself. I truly think Melissa could compete professionally if she wanted to. Her work is that good.

This is the only place we'll board our pup. He's a big boy (130 lb Anatolian) and they treat him with such care. I like that Im able to check on him on the cameras or via text when I have any concerns or questions. They are always attentive and respond quickly. Since he's intact, he gets individual playtime and he loves his one on one time with the staff. I love the pics and daily Pawgress report they send each day.

We’ve been customers Petsuites Arlington for a little over 4 years and absolutely love it! We do everything from daycare, grooming, and boarding. My dogs are always so excited whenever we pull into the parking lot. I love their daycare program because of their longer hours which works so well with our busy schedules and being able to squeeze grooming appointments in on the same days. Definitely recommend!

Best boarding facility we have ever been too! They always take such good care of all of our pets. Our deaf catahoula, "Moose" goes at least a few times a week for doggy daycare and absolutely LOVES it. He is still such a puppy and we are working hard on his behavior. He gets to go to the Big Brother program there and he is learning how to socialize with other dogs and his behavior has improved so much. I would also recommend Zoe, their trainer. She has been so great with Moose and really helped us navigate training a deaf dog. We LOVE PetSuites Arlington and would recommend them to anyone wanting a place that will love their dog as much as you do!

I love PetSuites!! This place has been an absolute godsend for my pupper, I took him at first for Puppy Preschool until he got too old for it. But I take him when I can while I'm at Uni or work and they treat him super nicely and he comes back home with a positive mindset and satisfied! Definitely recommend this place! A+!

took my long haired german shepard in for a wash & cut which always takes at least 6hrs. he has a thick double coat. they called me to pick him up after 2hrs. when i called to clarify ask why it was done so fast the groomer told me she was "experienced" therefore was able to complete the service quick. she was very vague and acting weird basically playing with my intelligence . i went in to get him, the front desk girl had a weird smile on her face the whole time as she tried to convince me that he was bathed properly. long story short, she she brought him to me his face was soaking wet! his body was dry and clearly not clean. they sprayed vanilla all over him yet he still had his doggy odor. on top of that they butchered his lion cut that he always gets. when i asked why his face was wet, she shrugged her shoulder very guiltily, went to the back to "go ask" and never returned! so i walked out. i believe my dog was mistreated! everything about the service was a red flag! as i was hysterical in the parking lot because his face was soaked, after they told me he was completely done and ready for pick up, i guess it was a manager who came out. he didnt seem concerned with me. he has the same stupid smile on his face and proceeded to pet my dog while he was in my truck. it was weird. i will be reporting them to animal services!

I have boarded with PetSuites twice and I really like the process and handling by the staff. They are very professional and absolutely do a great job with my 2 dogs. I really appreciate the updates and photos during boarding!
