That's So Fetch!

Yuni has stayed here over a hundred nights across ten years. They’ve held her through dozen of storms (So. Many. Storms.) She always has an incredible time, and I know she’s safe and loved while I am away. I couldn’t possibly recommend them more highly.

I had been a regular client since 2020 and always had positive interactions with the groomer, Mark. However, my experience with management was very disappointing. After my dogs were groomed on 12/23/25, I later noticed a concerning condition with one dog’s ears and asked reasonable follow-up questions, including whether the ears had been checked and requesting an itemized invoice going forward. Instead of addressing those questions, my future appointments were canceled and I was dropped as a client. No explanation was provided, and my request for an itemized invoice was never answered. I was not informed at the time of service that there were any concerns with my dog’s ears, which made the situation even more frustrating. I believe asking questions about my pet’s care and billing transparency should not result in termination of service. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this business.

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect and safe place to leave my Dog Hercules. He is cared for, loved and he truly thinks it’s the greatest place on earth. The excitement every time he knows he’s going, or when he’s getting picked up, You can’t put a price on that. It gives us extreme comfort knowing he’s well cared for and loved by the best staff when we are busy working. We are very lucky to be apart of such a professional and reliable group of dog lovers. Bonus: we absolutely love getting the photos while he’s at daycare. Makes our day. Just look at His face. Happy Pups Thank you.

Our dog Theo has been attending day care here 2x a week for the past few months and loves it! Staff is amazing and we love getting pictures of him having a blast with his puppy pals 🐾

We love That’s So Fetch! We’ve sent our high-energy pup Marzen to TSF for daycare and boarding, and she always comes home happy and wiped out from playing with her new pals. Definitely recommend adding on a bath with boarding so your pup comes home clean and relaxed, and the dog taxi option for pickup/drop-off is a game changer. Highly recommend!

That's So Fetch! takes great care of my dog and the staff recognize her when we come in. We have had a great experience boarding her here when we travel. They send lots of pictures too!

We boarded our dog Pepper here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Wonderful communication with the staff before and during her stay (photos as well). I also appreciate that the staff are responsible adults and are clearly animal lovers. Our dog isn’t well socialized with other dogs and prefers humans and they were able to accommodate her without issue. She came home healthy and happy (which has not always been the case with other boarding facilities)! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
