Taurus Academy Metric

They did an absolutely amazing job with my dog. I got lots of text and picture updates and they took great care of him. He is a rescue and he has problems with aggression with strangers and lots of anxiety but they came up with brilliant solutions to make sure he was well cared for

If I could give negative stars I would. We boarded our two dogs here for three nights and both came back with problems that warranted emergency vet visits due to the absolute lack of care provided by the team at Taurus. From my vet directly "the obvious lack of care and ignorance at Taurus is NOT OKAY"

There are so many great things to say about this place. They treat us and our dog like family, and that’s the most important thing. See we are a medical family, and my children are in an out of the hospital constantly, and with out fail, the Metric team is there for my fur baby. I trust them 100% to care, provide fun, and love to all the dogs at Taurus! Thank you from the bottom of our family’s heart!

We recently got a new puppy and are excited to start them in daycare. Austin Pets Alive recommended Taurus Academy and we can totally see why! They have been very patient with me as I help my puppy adjust to the daycare experience and have answered all my many questions! They also reached out to me so quickly to schedule my puppy’s evaluation day after I emailed them (they called an hour later!). When I picked up my pup from her evaluation day there was another customer in the lobby and I asked them how they feel about the Taurus Metric location and they had very positive things to say and have been taking their dog here for 3 years. We’re excited to start using the new client offer!

We absolutely love this Taurus location. Xan always gets excited when he hears the word daycare and comes out smiling and happy. The employees are all wonderful and happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I especially love when he gets a report card, they have the cutest update on your pup!

I’ve been taking my dog to Taurus for several years now. They love him so much and he’s always so happy when we get there. I know they take excellent care of him.
