Bellevue Pet Adventures

We and our Stella love Bellevue Pet Adventure! I’m always so impressed by how the facility stays spotless and smells fresh. That speaks louder than words and makes it obvious that maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for the dogs is a top priority for your team. Another great ever 8 week experience at Bellevue Pet Adventure dog groomer today. Front desk Holly very helpful and groomer Emily does an excellent job grooming every time. Very professional, helpful and very loving with the dogs. I have Buddy 90 lb black lab mix and also Jetty 60 lb black & merrill Labradoodle. They are always excited to go like they know what’s up and look great every time after groom . Thx you for the awesome grooming experience.

We take our 8 year old GSD and our 8month old mix pup to BPA. They love going there and come home sleepy. It's great to see all the activities the staff does with the pups from Valentines Day cards, pawprint turkeys, apple bobbing, sniffer sniffing day, and more. I love that they do the activities with them. Definitely going above and beyond.

Just had our first visit for our bernidoodle to BPA. Can I just say we were literally overjoyed by the results! Tess, our groomer did such a fantastic job job on him! His grooming left him smelling and looking wonderful! He came out with such happiness (compared to our last grooming experience at another local spot, this was worth every dollar)! We LOVED it and are so glad to have found such a great place for our fur baby! Thank BPA and Tess for taking such great care of our Milo!

Absolutely loved the experience here. my pup has a lot of anxiety and can be a bit much sometimes when it comes to getting his nails done. they see absolutely fantastic. His coat is fluffy and soft, even used products that helped with his dry skin. He is a happy, clean, tallon free boy and I couldn't be happier with the way the staff treated him. I will be coming back often!

My dog has been going to daycare now for about 6 months. She’s obsessed and she gets identifiably pumped or bratty depending on if it’s a daycare day or not. It’s great knowing Riv will be happy, safe and tuckered out after a day with Bellvue Pet Adventures.

My wife and I brought our six month old Bernedoodle puppy in for a grooming appointment while we are actively caring for a newborn. We scheduled the appointment for 0900, gave him his anxiety medication to help ensure a smooth experience, and dropped him off on time. At approximately 1430, we received a call stating that he had not done well, that only partial services had been completed, and that he was ready for pickup. I appreciate the transparency and the professionalism from Holly at the front desk. As well as the groomer taking the opportunity to address my concerns, but earlier communication from the groomer would have been very helpful so we could have taken him elsewhere for full service. We were also charged the full service price, citing that the charge was due to his behavior. This was surprising because he has consistently done well during grooming and boarding at places such as Dogtopia and PetSmart. We understand that groomers should be able to work safely, but the phone call to my wife portrayed our dog as aggressive, which is not consistent with his temperament. When I later spoke with the groomer, she acknowledged that he is still a puppy, yet the earlier communication made his behavior sound more concerning than it was. We typically do not give him anxiety medication because it is not required, and in this case it felt that our preparation and time were not well utilized. We also discovered after leaving that his collar had not been sent home with him and had to return to pick it up. While the portion of the grooming that was completed was acceptable, Pet Adventure could benefit from more proactive communication, clearer expectations, and improved customer service.
