Blaine Kennels Boarding, Training & Daycare

We feel so grateful that we found Blaine Kennels! We have a very sweet, but anxious and reactive Aussie and we never felt comfortable bringing him to a dog daycare. Blaine kennels has completely eased our anxiety with daycare and boarding. They know dog behavior so well, and we know Percy has fun, is well taken care of, and is gaining confidence when he is at their facility. You can tell they really know and care about dogs. Would recommend!!

Forever grateful for Blaine Kennels. My chocolate lab enjoys a lot going to daycare and she’s going through a puppy development program that has been fantastic. The entire team is always willing to support both, my dog and me and can’t thank them enough with the passion that they take care of my dog.

The people at Blaine Kennels always take excellent care of my dog. My dogs have boarded there since the early 1990s when it was under different ownership, and the care has always been wonderful. They make sure each dog is taken care of in a way that meets their age, training and developmental needs. I am very grateful for the loving, personalized care they provide .

We absolutely adore Blaine Kennels. We have a sweet black lab with a lot of medical issues. Blaine Kennels is the only kennel we trust to provide him with consistent and accurate medical care, appropriate enrichment based on his energy level, and supervised play with other pups. They always take excellent care of him! It has genuinely been a lifesaver for us to work with Blaine Kennels. Worth every dollar.

Blaine Kennels is the only place we’ll board our anxious/dog-reactive German Shepherd rescue, Ella. We know she’s always in great hands with the Blaine Kennels staff. We’ve also done a reactive dog daycare assessment and participated in a number of spicy dog pack walks. We leave each time having learned something new from Thomas, Emily, and team, that we can bring into practice at home. We went from feeling resigned that Ella would never be able to be around other dogs to walking loose-leash with a group of 20-30 other "spicy dogs" through Blaine Kennels guidance. Seeing Ella’s confidence grow along with our confidence in how we handle her has been the best part of all of this. Highly recommend all services at Blaine Kennels!

I would NOT recommend Blaine Kennels for daycare or boarding. I made an appointment online for a tour of the facilities. I received and email message stating the appointment was scheduled/confirmed. Subsequently, I received 3 email reminders and one text reminder. However, when we showed up for our tour on the scheduled day and time, one of the employees came outside and rudely told us she had no record of our appointment and that there was no way she could give us a tour. No apologies. No common courtesy. No indication that we were valued as customers/patrons.

I recently used Blaine Kennels for the first time for an evaluation/boarding and was impressed by the staff who were clearly very comfortable working with dogs of all personalities. It was great knowing my dog was in such caring and capable hands during his stay!
