I’ve taken my German Shepherd, Lana, here for about two months now for daycare, and she’s stayed over a week in boarding. Katie and Kaleb treat her like their own. They provide updates constantly, so I don’t have to worry. She loves going there and is so happy. When I pick her up from doggy daycare, she is tired, which is good! Finding a good daycare is hard, especially with a German Shepherd who is a bit shy at first. Lana requires medication, and I need to make sure I can trust who takes care of her. I don’t have to worry if she stays for boarding. I highly recommend them for daycare/boarding. I will continue to use them!

Best costumer service experience EVER! I contacted Minneapawlis to board my cat for 3 days. The owner was very responsive, timely and courteous but most of all patient! I was debating between several boarding options and he kindly sent me pictures of the luxurious room my cat would be staying in. I was SOLD. About 3 hours after paying the deposit, I reluctantly had to cancel the boarding reservation. The owner was SO kind and understanding about this and did not give me any hassle at all regarding the deposit. Even though my cat didn't board with them, I will DEFINITELY be using Minneapawlis in the future. How could I not? Not only is the business name 10 out of 10, but after my experience, I highly recommend. Thanks Kaleb! 👏 😺

The best and only boarding company we will ever use! We originally did a trial day at a traditional facility where they would be kenneled. We watched them on the cameras and they all looked nervous which made us nervous. A friend then recommended Minneapawlis Pet Boarding to me and we will never go anywhere else. Kaleb is always quick to reply, sends lots of photos and updates (which our dogs look so happy in). Our dogs always sprint out of the car into the house and are ready for their stay. It’s so nice they get the whole house to roam and even a fenced backyard to run around in. I always trust that they are in the best care here which makes traveling less stressful. Kaleb is always flexible with our schedules and makes everything so easy! Thank you for always taking such amazing care of our 3 dogs.

I had Kaleb and Katie take care of my critters when I went on vacation a few years back. I had two cats that needed twice daily medication and some reptiles that needed to be fed and they took amazing care of all of my pets. They even sent me a few cute pictures of my pets on vacation, including one of my extremely shy cat looking very comfortable and happy! I will use them again if I ever need in-home pet sitting!

My dog Max needed something wonderful. Max has gone with Kaleb, both times as needed.. Minnepawlis is exceptional in care, walks and whole lot of love. Through this great experience Max is socialized with other dogs. He has a great relationship with Kaleb. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He is also a groomer and does door to door service. It is MORE than 5 stars.

Best cat boarding ever!! Good rates for what you get. Unbelievable amount of space, a lot bigger than anywhere else. Really friendly people as well!! 😄

I was in a stressful situation where I wasn't sure if I would need to board my cat last minute instead of using my pet sitter. I reached out to Minneapawlis and they responded quickly and were understanding of my situation. They were kind and patient and it was a huge burden off my shoulders to know that I would be able to use their services if needed. I ended up not needing to use their services but I wanted to leave this review because of the great interaction with them and because I really appreciated their kindness during a stressful time. If I ever need to board my cat in the future, it will definitely be with Minneapawlis.
