Lissie did an amazing job with Rusty's trim! He was overdue, and she took great care of everything. She was patient and provided helpful recommendations to maintain his coat. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We took our new rescue to Buddy’s for his first haircut. He was matted and super grown-out from being in a shelter. We heard great things about Buddy’s and decided to try it. His groomer, Lissie, was not only lovely, she gave him an adorable haircut and took pix so we could see how matted her was under all that fur! Should also mention that he is nervous in new environments with new people, and he was completely calm with Lissie and the staff at Buddy’s. I felt they took extra special care of him and we will absolutely be going there moving forward. 🩷

Lissie groomed our two 70lb puppies and was so patient, understanding and helpful through it all! She took the time to share "how-to" videos and links to useful tools so that we can best maintain their fur at home and spent extra time getting all the matting out of the dogs to avoid a full shave. They look amazing — thank you Lissie!! We will be back soon!

I can't say enough great things about this place and the wonderful staff. When I first rescued my dog, they worked with me to make Mazie feel comfortable and confident going to daycare. They went above and beyond and that's how it's been ever since. They really love the dogs and it shows, and I think it's awesome how much they do for all the dogs and people in the community with adoption events and food/supply collections. I highly recommend this place both for daycare and boarding.

My dog Kate gets so excited as soon as she realizes we're on our way to Buddy's, she loves it there! Everyone is so nice and knows her by name which makes me feel good. They're really flexible on scheduling and their facilities are clean. Also, they take and post great pics of your pup playing like this gem!

Lissie was an amazing groomer who took care of my doodle whose coat needed a lot of love! The communication was amazing - making sure we were aligned before going into the groom and even calling during the groom to be transparent about what she was able to with the matts. A great addition to the dog community on this side of williamsburg!

I had a fantastic experience with Lissie, who groomed my Samoyed, Laya, after a week of boarding. Laya’s coat was quite tangled, but Lissie took incredible care in dematting her fur, making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. She also recommended an additional sanitary trim, which I really appreciated. Lissie is extremely detail-oriented and clearly takes pride in her work. Laya came back looking and feeling amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who is both skilled and caring.
