This is my dogs first time getting her fur groomed and it was such an awesome experience! My dog is more on the nervous side and she was very well taken care of! Amazing experience getting Daisy groomed here! I just moved to Brooklyn and feel so lucky to have found Lilly's Pet Service so early on 🙂 Not only does Daisy look great, they groomed her pretty quickly and were very communicative. Can't wait to take her here again to get groomed in the future, as well as explore the other services they have like day care.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Lilly and her team! I have used their services for dog grooming, boarding and daycare. Not only was I extremely happy with his haircut, I can’t thank them enough for accommodating last minute boarding on Christmas Day. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The staff here are truly exceptional—they treat every dog like their own, giving plenty of love, attention, and individualized care. Koko came home happy, tired (in the best way), and clearly well-socialized after playing with other dogs all day. The facility is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both fun and safety. I also appreciate the regular updates they send—photos and videos of Koko playing always make my day! I am a new dog mom to a 1 year old Jack Russell Terrier Mix. This was his first time getting groomed and Lily did an amazing job! He smelled amazing when I came to pick him up and he was clean cut. I can tell he truly enjoyed his experience. The staff was super patient as well as I was late in picking him up due to a meeting. Will absolutely return!

Brought our sweet boy for his first grooming and first day of daycare this week. The staff is so attentive and communicative. During his first groom they had to go over in time about 45 minutes because he was scared of the dryer. I appreciate her going over time because she took into account his fear and went slow to make sure it was perfect. As for daycare they were amazing sent pictures and videos throughout his time. My little one left looking beautiful and happy after great service provided here!!!

Absolutely amazing job. My Button was well groomed and the haircut was neat. I was content that his ears and face were cut to match. Great job on nail trimming. The staff is very nice and Button was not anxious when I picked him up. Will be a loyal customer from this point on.
