Woofs 'n Whiskers

We absolutely adore everything about Woof 'n Whiskers! The staff are incredibly kind and caring, their communication is above and beyond, and our pets always come home happy. Their emails are always thorough and I really appreciate that they send along updates and photos as well. We have boarded both our dog and our cat and it's such a relief to know they're in such good hands every time. Our pup TomTom doesn't even want to leave he has so much fun! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Woofs and Whiskers! From the moment we brought Gerald there, the entire staff has treated him like their own. He's always excited to go, and we can tell he's genuinely happy and well-cared for. The facility is clean, the staff is attentive and loving, and Gerald comes home tired, happy, and clearly loved every single day. What truly sets Woofs and Whiskers apart is how they treat the families, not just the dogs. Most notably, when we had to rush to the hospital for the birth of our daughter, they personally picked up Gerald without hesitation. Then, days later, we received a congratulatory card signed by the entire staff—my wife and I nearly teared up. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about you as people. Woofs and Whiskers has become like family to us, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Our pup has been going to woofs since we adopted him (almost 6 years ago). There is no better place than woofs! The staff cares for him like he’s their own. He goes in happy every single time. We have him there for daycare and anytime we travel. I never have to worry about him when he is with them. Thank you for taking such good care of our pup.

Don't leave your dog here! They keep deleting negative reviews! On June 11th my dog ended up with a severe, deep wound that required emergency surgery and a skin graft. The facility downplayed the injury, withheld promised video footage, and refused to answer key questions - all while never offering an apology. Absolutely unacceptable. I urge other dog owners to think twice before leaving their pets here.

It’s a dream facility for dogs! Nice & sunny huge outside space. Stuff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable to give our puppy here to stay. I recommend Woofs ‘n Whiskers!

We LOVE Woofs 'n' Whiskers -- have been bringing our 2-year-old Husky for doggie day care twice per week since he was about four months old... We now often refer to the Woofs crew as "Leo's other family"... They have a large outdoor space in which the dogs can run around, the dogs are arranged by group so they're playing with dogs of similar size/energy, and the staff is amazing and and seems to care for the dogs like their own. They routinely post pictures of the pets in their care on Instagram (I've posted a few here), and are happy to email a picture at any point if requested. Leo PULLS me to the door when we arrive in the morning, and is happy and content (and tired!) when I pick him up. We're so grateful to be able to trust WnW with Leo -- he's come so far socially and we know it's in large part because of Woofs 'n' Whiskers. One of the best in NYC!!

After a terrible experience at House Pet Grooming and Trainer in the Bronx, we were understandably nervous about boarding our two cats again. In April, we decided to try Woofs 'n Whiskers, and they completely exceeded our expectations. The staff took excellent care of our pets, and it was clear they were well-fed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout their 7-day stay. The only downside was the drive to Brooklyn during rush hour, but it was worth every minute for the peace of mind we received. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares for your pets, Woofs 'n Whiskers is the way to go.
