We had such a wonderful experience! Nala and Vlad were so well cared for, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such loving, attentive hands. Communication was great, and everything felt very professional yet personal at the same time. You can tell they truly care about the animals they look after. They were also incredibly understanding and accommodating when our travel dates changed, which we really appreciated. We will absolutely be booking again in the future highly recommend!

This place might be pricey for some, but they are very professional and seem to really care about their clients, aka kitties. I have tried their grooming and boarding, and was not disappointed. My kitty at the tender age of 12 had her first grooming service ever ( I tend to bathe her myself, but due to my health complications, I couldn't this time). And she came out looking fabulous, and she acted like she had a girl's spa day lol. I thought she would hate me afterward, but whatever magic they work here is appreciated by their felines and their hoomans.

Awesome experience! They took great care of my cat, Luna; have some great merch, friendly staff, reasonable prices, accomdating and caring and Cateau Marmont is the coolest name ever. I am thinking of changing Luna’s name to Kitney Spears since Luna always runs around naked and meowing incessantly. 🤣🤷🐈‍⬛😉

We've been boarding our Birman Knut here for a couple years now and could not be happier. Knut is a very sweet, smart, sensitive guy and he loves a lot of human interaction and cuddles. The Cateau is so attentive and loving towards him, plus I receive text updates and pictures while he's there. He always comes back home happy, healthy and calm (and when we leave him elsewhere, that's not always the case). We're just so thrilled that the Cateau is a second home for our fur baby while we are away.

I never spent time apart from my cat Aurora before so I was pretty nervous leaving her for 4 days. After touring the hotel and meeting the wonderful staff, I started to feel at ease. While I was gone I got updates on her as well as a video of her playing with one of the techs! I was even provided with a link that allowed me to see Aurora in real time in her bungalow. The bungalow itself was great! So spacious and she has her own window that had a bird feeder! So happy I found this place!

This review is long overdue as I've boarded my cat here half a dozen times over the last three years. As a single cat mama, I truly don't know what I'd do without this place and the wonderful, dedicated staff that takes care of my baby when I need to travel. The level of communication and care is incredible . Boarding is a stressful experience but I'm able to rest easier knowing she's safe and being provided for by true 'cat people.' Incredibly grateful for this business and their staff.

This was my review in February '23 in Yelp for their services. I cant speak for them now, as I havent used them since my cat died in Sept '23 and my current cats dont need grooming or accommodations yet. I think they run a good operation, and if my cats get too dirty for me to clean them or if I need to have them at place since if I cant get a cat sitter , I would consider using them again. I used them in December '22 to clean and groom my older cat, since she's older and doesnt self-groom any more. They did an amazing job of getting her clumps out, trim her nails, and clean her nether regions. I was told to bring her back in 3 months, and I went today, and the cost was less due to less issues with her fur. I recommend this place highly for cats that require more maintenance for their fur, especially if you live in the Studio City/Noho/Burbank area and need a close by groomer. Cats require someone more trained than a dog groomer due to claws and cats being more ornery. Also most dog groomers will not touch cats. Id say this place should be the first choice to go. They take a little more than an hour, and if you get a lunch time groom, you can kill time for lunch and then pick up your cat.
