I took my high energy husky mix here for grooming and it was amazing! My boy isn’t very calm when he boards but the staff made sure he was comfortable before and after his grooming appointment. Addison was his groomer and oh my goodness she’s amazing! He got a bath, deshed, nail trim, and cute photos for me to have <3 I love the staff and my dog will forever be Addisons client!

Our dog Rocket love to attend the daycare. He is a gets along with all the other dogs and is so worn out when he gets home he sleeps all night (see picture of Rocket laying on his blanket after spending the day at camp. He loves all the workers who take care of him. Rocket gets so excited when we drive to Best Friends animal care and he sees the building and we enter the parking lot. He pulls me to get inside to see the staff and the other dogs. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff.

Addison was exceptional from start to finish. I found her through Facebook, and right away she was kind, responsive, and incredibly thorough with all my questions. She communicated clearly and accommodated my scheduling needs, including my dog’s haircut timing. This was my puppy’s first grooming, and Addison handled it with impressive patience and care. She sent me multiple progress photos and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The grooming itself was fantastic exactly what I asked for, and the cut was beautiful. Pricing was fair, and I was so impressed that I ended up giving Addison a significant tip for the outstanding service. I’m already planning to return every month to see her. On top of grooming, I learned they offer training, and I’m waiting to hear back from the trainer to schedule. While the drive is a bit long from home, I’m more than willing to make the trip for this level of service it's becoming rare to find such thoughtful and high-quality care. If you’re looking for a caring, communicative groomer who delivers great results and makes the process easy for both you and your pup, Addison is a standout choice, highly recommend.

Heres my honest and true take on Best friends in Carmel- Love it!! I brought in my baby for a full service grooming package and she came out stunning! The groomer there, Connie, is not only professional and good at what she does, she is kind to us clients and my baby! I’ve taken my dog to other places more closer to where I live and while they did a good job I’ve found that the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure both me and my baby are taken care of! Absolutely amazing! Thank you Connie and best friends staff!! Couldn’t recommend them more!

We boarded our dog, Chloe, for a week and she loved it! We got pictures of her, they even sent an Easter photo! Everyone we’ve met there is so kind and genuinely treat your pet as their pet. We got Chloe groomed before we picked her up and they sent status updates with photos to make sure I was happy with the cut. I highly recommend!

Our dog, Buddy, had a great time and was well cared for during his stay at Best Friends. We had him groomed while he was there and we are so glad we did! He looked wonderful and super happy. Highly recommend Best Friends!

Addison is hands-down the best dog groomer ever. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear she genuinely cares, not just about how your dog looks, but how they feel. My dog usually gets anxious during grooming, but with Addison, it’s like a spa day. She’s patient, gentle, and somehow always manages to make every pup look absolutely perfect. Honestly, I’m convinced Addison has some kind of magical touch. My dog comes out looking like they belong in a dog show, smelling amazing, and somehow acting like they just had the best day of their life. If dog grooming had a hall of fame, Addison would already have a lifetime achievement award. 😊
