The perfect place if your dog is just a dog to you. After picking up Mitzi and getting her home she had extreme diarrhea and was vomiting witch are signs of distress in a dog. After going through her things I noticed that they had NOT given her any of her collagen basted chew treats, which they were instructed to do so to help with her joint pain. Staff commented on how she was not nice to them, BUT THEY WERE INFORMED BEFOREHAND that she is a registered personal service dog and that she would have separation anxiety , with distrust of being handled by other people

The dogs first experience ever being boarded was with Sunrise Pet Lodge- Hope was very helpful and went above and beyond… When needed this is our place to go, they fill up fast so make your reservation.

We were going to board our 12 week old kitten there but they wouldn't accept her due to a rabies vaccine. We had our vet speak with them on the phone and advised that she was too young for the vaccine however agreed to give it so she could be boarded. After the vet gave the shot they said it would be 2 weeks before she would be allowed. They knew from the start of the conversation we would need boarding the next day. If we would have known about the 2 week wait time we could have followed our vet's recommendations.

If you treat your dog like family, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I was very disappointed in how my dog was treated at Sunrise Pet Lodge. When I picked her up, she was panting heavily and clearly overheated. None of the personal items I brought for her comfort — including her toys and bed — were ever given to her. Even more concerning, almost none of the food I provided had been touched, which makes me wonder if she was fed regularly at all. It’s heartbreaking to think of her being uncomfortable and possibly neglected while I was away. I expected better care and basic attention to her needs. I won’t be bringing her back.

Very friendly people and were so good with my girls! Would highly recommend taking your pets to them! I will definitely be keeping them as my number 1 whenever I come to Casper! Thank you guys so much!

We used Sunrise to watch our dog and our bird recently while we went on vacation. They were so kind and courteous every step of the way and truly went above and beyond for our family. We ended up missing our flight home and they helped us without a question, keeping our pets longer because of our emergency and even offering to stay open a later so we could pick up as soon as we got home. Booking was easy, paying was easy, would recommend to anyone. Our pets came home happy and well taken care of too!

I would not go here again if I could help it. The bag of food felt like it had the same amount as when I gave it to the staff if there really is staff unprofessional and clueless. Never got a photo until the day of pickup and my animal looked terrified.They thought my animal didn’t have a carrier why would I not bring a carrier?! Disappointed
