Urban Tails

We absolutely love urban tails! They are so sweet and caring towards our pup and they have awesome updates that make me feel comfortable leaving him there for long periods of times. They were swift and urgent taking him to the vet when he got sick in their care and didn’t charge us for the days he was at the vet. They’ve been very accommodating when travel plans changed and we needed to get him on a later date. Most recently we left him for a week and I expressed being nervous about the time away because he was getting old and they took extra great care of him and even made a picture with his nose print and paw prints which we will cherish forever. They have always gone above and beyond and we will always recommend them!

We love Urban Tails. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Storm can’t wait to go to day camp each week. Very reasonable priced.

Urban Tails is AMAZING! They are so wonderful to our senior kitty. She has stayed multiple times and has been treated like a queen at every visit. Urban Tails is a clean and well cared for facility. The Urban Tails staff are the BEST!! Your pets will enjoy their stay and be well cared for at Urban Tails!

What an amazing place with the best staff. Chinook has been attending day camp since nearly the beginning. As a rescue who didn't trust people or understand how to interact with other dogs, we were unsure how his first day would go. Here we are two years later and he gets excited when I make the turn towards the building to go see his friends. While boarding isn't his thing, they made us extremely comfortable with updates and a full report at pick up. The facility is amazing, it just isn't something he enjoys with his background. I also can't say enough about the groomers. We are so happy we made the switch as he is no longer hesitant about going anywhere. He is always super soft and smells amazing when we pick him up. The staff has helped us continue with the journey we started on with rehabilitation four years ago. I can honestly say, without their love of their clients we wouldn't be where we are today.

Great place to take your fur baby. We had to go out of town for a family emergency. The staff at Urban Tails helped so much. We are very happy with the care our little one received.

Whether it’s Day Camp, Day Stays, or Lodging, Urban Tails is hands down the best place for your dog. They are genuine people that care about your dog’s enrichment, exercise, rest, development and overall health. Coup is always excited to go play and is leary to leave when it’s time to go home! I haven’t had to lodge my cat there but if I ever needed to I’m sure she’d be well taken care of too!

The people that work here are absolutely amazing. The level of attention and care they give is beyond what you normally see at a doggy daycare. My German Shepherd absolutely loves going. The facility is clean and well kept. Absolutely would recommend Urban Tails to anyone that is looking for boarding or just a daycare facility for there dog. They go above and beyond.
