Hia Dog Boarding & Daycare

Hia Dog has always been great for my dog, and has friendly staff and has taken care of my dog well! The staff pays attention, and you can tell they love dogs! While small, it means they pay more attention to the dogs that they have, and the small daycare groups are great! It always puts my mind at ease when I leave my dog here when I have to leave town, because I know he will be well taken care of!

Our dog absolutely LOVES Hia! Our boys feel good leaving him at the "dog hotel" for boarding! I love dropping him off for a grooming appointment and he gets to have daycare for some of the day too! Highly recommend Faye and the Hia Dog family!

My review is solely based off phone interactions. We called seeking a daycare for my giant breed because they openly advertise daycare. However, only after calling did I find out they are no longer accepting daycare clients. Wasn't even asked if I'd like to go on a wait list, just a flat out nope. Not sure if it's due to my dogs size or they truly aren't accepting... But I definitely think their website should be updated to reflect this "no longer accepting new clients".

Update: We have two dogs now and they both just stayed a week at Hia Dog. We were again thrilled with our boarding experience. Faye and her team are amazing. We were gone for 10 days and our dog was so well cared for while we were away. The facility is super clean and there is 24 hour supervision unlike our previous boarding place. Faye even sent pictures of our dog playing and making friends. I cannot recommend Hia Dog enough. 💙

Tried Hia Dog to board my senior dog after reading so many positive reviews. I was impressed with the facility when I met the owner during a meet and greet prior to boarding my dog. Really liked that there was an employee there 24 hours. Early morning hours were convenient for me. Big plus was the price that was more affordable than the place I previously used. Very satisfied with Hia Dog and will use them again.

We have taken our dog Eevee to Hia for years! They are fantastic for both daycare and overnight boarding. They do a great job with communication and I would definitely recommend anybody check them out. Super easy to work with!
