Aeslin Pup Hub Bucktown

This was our second time boarding our dog at Aeslin Pup Hub in Bucktown, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We love that there are special treats and add-ons available to make her stay feel extra cozy and like home. We really appreciate the daily updates on meals and potty breaks, along with the adorable photos that clearly showed our pup having the best time. It only takes a minute talking to Leah to see how much she genuinely loves animals, and that level of care is contagious. Our dog also goes to the West Town location for daycare three times a week, and we highly recommend that location as well!

We absolutely love Aeslin Pup Hub, and cannot recommend it enough!! Leah and her team are fantastic. Our dog is a shy pup that is generally nervous around people, but she warmed up to everyone at Aeslin so quickly and loves it there! As new dog parents, Leah has also been such a great resource for us as we have navigated the puppy/teenage years of pup parenting. In addition to daycare, Aeslin also offers grooming services and boarding. It is so comforting knowing that our dog is taken great care of with people who genuinely care deeply about her when she is there. We HIGHLY recommend Aeslin!

Leah and her team are amazing! Been bringing my pup here since he was a pup and he’s always been well taken care of as if he were right at home. From meal customization to keeping me updated through their app with photos and all key information, I can be rest assured that my dog is in good hands here!

I can not speak more highly of Aeslin Pup Hub! It was recommended to me by a coworker who puts their dog in daycare a few times a week and I can see why. Leah, the owner, genuinely cares about not only our puppy but all the dogs that come in. The joke my girlfriend and I have is that we've never seen someone in a more appropriate line of work than Leah - she's friendly, clearly loves dog and makes the entire experience great for the owners (and dogs). Our puppy is still learning the basics and the handlers at Aeslin go out of their way to work on those with her, which is truly above and beyond our expectations. Most importantly, when it comes to our dog's happiness we are fully certain she loves her time - at drop-off she's whining to get in the door and can't wait to get to the play rooms fast enough! Additionally, as owners, we get constant updates via photos, videos and messages showing the dogs playing and having a blast - it's a great added touch to give us peace of mind during the workday. We currently use the doggy daycare and plan to do boarding in the near future based on the success of daycare! Overall, I would (and do) recommend Aeslin to anyone who wants their dog to be in a trusted, safe and clean environment where they know the people care!

We have been taking our puppy to aeslin for about a year now, and he loves it there! He gets so excited to go every week and runs right in when the door opens. You can tell that Leah really loves all the dogs and is very knowledgeable about each one’s needs. I highly recommend if you are looking for a doggie daycare or a boarder!

Leah & Aeslin are the best!!! I’ve been sending my dog (Barry) to daycare at Aeslin’s Bucktown location at least twice weekly since he was old enough to go to daycare, and he turns 3 next week! Barry still gets SO PUMPED when I tell him it’s a Pup Hub day, and he’s always exhausted (in the best possible way!!) when he gets home. You can immediately tell that Leah is incredibly passionate about her business and her customers (two- and four-legged alike) the moment you ring the doorbell, and I’m always confident leaving Barry in her and her team’s exceptionally competent care. I’d recommend Aeslin to anyone who appreciates stellar communication, flexibility, and care in their doggy daycare!

I cannot say enough good things about Aeslin Pup Hub! Every single staff member is absolutely outstanding. I have sent two dogs to this location for daycare and boarding, and my dogs have the best time and receive so much love when they go there. Both of my dogs have substantially increased their social skills since coming here! The owner, Leah, is also such an incredible person; she helps so many dogs and people, and is extremely generous. I have so much peace of mind knowing my pups are so well taken care of here. Definitely recommend!!
