Aeslin Pup Hub Noble Square

To be clear, I have not used their services. But that’s because they’ve made it really hard. One of the key things you want from a place where you’re leaving your dog in their care is proactive, consistent communication, but that is lacking here unfortunately. I have been trying to set up a groom for my dog here for the past week and was unsuccessful. It took them a couple days to respond to my inquiry (that’s fine) but when I thought we had nailed down a time for a groom that they said was available (I responded to their email within a few hours), they never confirmed with me, so I couldn’t tell if I had an appointment or not. I sent a follow up email a couple days later, no response. Phone line is not actively monitored. I even went to the place to see if I could schedule in-person but their doorbell is broken and, unless you’re already a customer, you have no access to the app they tell you to use to let them know you’re there. This, combined with the fact that you have to give your credit card info just to inquire about grooming, has left a bad taste in my mouth.

moving to the city, I was very worried about finding a new doggie daycare for my six year 100lb gently giant. I am so thankful to have found Aeslin! from the first moment of communication they have been thorough and kind. they provide many photo updates throughout the day and I always have a very happy girl when I pick her up. would recommend for dogs of all sizes and ages!

We used to go to the Bucktown location but swapped for Noble Square when we moved and have no regrets. Its very clear the team cares about our dog, he enjoys being there, and we get plenty of updates on the app throughout the day to give peace of mind. They’re accommodating of changes in schedule when we need it. Plus sometimes they do surprise photo shoots with the pups and it always makes my day! Very thoughtful and great business to support in the neighborhood!

I've been taking my dog to Aeslin Noble Square for about three years for daycare and nail trims. He loves it. When we walk past on non-daycare days, he will try to go to the door. The photos posted through the day bring so much joy, the dogs look so happy.

Melissa is the best groomer and great addition to the Aeslin team! She always is on time and communicates the plan and even sends updates. Our dog absolutely loves her and always comes back looking like he’s been at the spa all day. We appreciate Melissa and will keep coming back because of her!

I am so happy that the team at Aeslin Noble Square are part of my dog's life. Dorothy and the crew at Noble Square bring such great energy to the service and care they provide. My dog is always so excited to start her days at daycare. The staff really get to know the dogs and keep them happy. They also share photos and videos during the stay, which are very fun.
