Fernando is the best in the doggy daycare biz! We have sent our dogs to him for nearly a decade and he is kind, considerate, communicative, and trust worthy. We are confident that our pups are well cared for and stimulated during their time at daycare. And the pick-up and drop-off service cannot be beat for a busy family! We cannot say enough good things about Fernando and his team at Bark & Play!

We absolutely love Bark and Play! Fernando is amazing with our dog—she gets so excited every time she sees him. We trust him completely and never worry when she’s in his care, whether it’s for daycare or boarding. He’s great at communicating and even provides transportation, which makes everything so easy. Daycare days are truly her favorite, and we’re so grateful for the love and attention she gets with Fernando and the Bark and Play team!

I’ve lived in Chicago since December 2018 and my pup has been going 3x a week every week since we moved ! I absolutely love the people who care for my pup ! She knows her schedule and waits patiently by the door to get picked up and comes home happy as a clam and exhausted! They take pics all the time so I know what she’s up too and definitely helps take some of the stress off me when I work long hours. Look no further for the best doggy daycare around. Our pup Tyler has been going to Bark and Play for about a year now (he's a 1.5 year old golden retriever) and absolutely loves it! Fernando and his team take such amazing care of the pups and know each and every one so well. No daycare offers more personalized attention. Tyler comes home pooped and he starts charging towards Bark and Play any time we get near it because he wants to go so badly. They also offer boarding but restrict this only to dogs they know so you can be extra confident that your pup is safe and among friends. No crates and plenty of playtime ensure that they get lots of exercise. It's clean and we've never had an issue with Tyler coming home smelly (this has happened at a different daycare). Finally, prices are super reasonable and the location is great! We absolutely love Bark and Play and could not be more grateful that we found it. Highly recommend!

Our dog has been going to Bark and Play for almost a year now and we’re so happy we found it! Fernando and his team are incredible. They ensure that all dogs are vaccinated and vetted, to guarantee a safe and fun environment for our pups. Prices are also among the best in the city, and it’s located in Lincoln Park! While many other daycares spend significantly more on marketing, we’ve never had an experience as positive as with Fernando and his team. They truly love and care about the pups. Fernando also offers a boarding option that is only available to dogs at Bark and Play. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pup when we leave town, and we always know he’s having the best time with his friends. While other daycares may be bigger and more well known, I’m confident that no place offers as much personalized love and attention as Bark and Play. Our dog would go every day if he could. He’s always happy to go and tired when he gets home. For a fun and safe home away from home for your pups, I cannot recommend Bark and Play enough.

Highly recommend! Our dog Molly is 6 years old and we wanted more opportunities for her to social and exercise, so we started taking her to Bark and Play a few months ago. I’m so happy we did. She is the happiest girl whenever Fernando or his lovely team opens the gate to greet her upon drop-off, and clearly happy from a great day when she is picked up. I’ve noticed a clear improvement on her overall well-being since bringing her here. Thank you Bark and Play for taking great care of our sweet Molly girl!

Fernando and his team are incredible. I started sending my puppy as soon as she was old enough and going to their facility makes her so happy. When Fernando or a team member comes to get her, she races to the door and is so excited to leave. They really do treat her so well - like she is their own dog. In addition, Fernando will board her at his house if I have to go out of town. She loves it!!! Finding Bark and Play was the best thing that has ever happened to me or Penny.
