My sweet girl goes to doggy daycare at Bark Bark and has for over two years. She's a special gal, and the daycare staff are really great with her and frankly great with me. She also has walkers from time to time, and Tessa is very fond of Holly and Abbey! I know Tessa is in good hands at Bark Bark, and she has been treated so well even when she's had medical issues and other special needs. I really appreciate also staff being kind to me when I've been anxious about how she's doing and scheduling and a variety of things. Elizabeth and Patti the owners are wonderful and they have great staff who love dogs.
Great Service. We started we dog walking and now we are using day care. They are Profesional and they always took really cute photos of snoopy and He loves all the walkers.
Best daycare ever. They love the pups and are wonderful people. My dogs love to go and come home exhausted (in a good way).
Having moved recently, they are THE best!! I was nervous at first to have different people walking my dog but after a couple of weeks, I noticed my dog is so happy and excited! This team is THE BEST!!!!
My little guy was sent home early from his trial daycare and rejected because he ran around barking. He's been to Bark Place frequently and they said yes, he runs around and barks, they don't mind it. You walk up to that place and you always hear plenty of barking. I noticed you walk up to Bark Bark and it's quiet. I'm thinking they shouldn't have "bark" in their name if they don't like barking dogs? If your dog gets excited and barks, this daycare isn't going to work for you. On a plus note, their front store has a lot of specialty treats that are good. The staff was friendly enough.
Holy Lord, where do I begin?!? THESE HUMANS ARE UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING! I am a wonky helicopter dog mom… Like you’d swear, I birthed this animal from my own womb with how over the top I am. They were unbelievably helpful when I was ghosted by a dog sitter getting beans in to be boarded for a long trip. She can’t go in a crate or kennel which makes boarding at a center like this boardline impossible but they are wizards! I had two weeks to find a new sitter or center which let’s be real in this industry is almost unheard of! But miracles happen! Beans comes back every day so excited and happy… I work at a dog daycare, where they even after three years, still have to trick her into going to back to school and at Bark Bark she doesn’t even look back at me to say goodbye… Heartbreaking a bit for my soul But grateful that she loves it as much as she does. It’s rare that I don’t have much anxiety going away but now that she’s at Bark Bark this is the first time I’ve felt a bit more relaxed. This place is to go to 100%!
I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and I have never witnessed anything like this. My sweet golden doodle came back from his grooming yesterday completely shaved, as if he had been skinned. The staff told us his hair was matted and "needed to be cut shorter," but there is a big difference between cutting short and shaving a dog down to the skin. This has happened once before, and the results were heartbreaking. He was not the same for weeks—timid, fearful when we tried to pet his face or ears, and ultimately needing a vet visit for infections on both his tail and ears. Even after that, we chose to give Bark Bark Club another chance, asking them specifically to be careful with his tail and ears and not to shave him that short again. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Anyone who understands dogs knows their tails are like a security blanket—central to their confidence, comfort, and identity. Yet once again, the hair on his tail and body were completely shaved. He came home terrified, threw up all over our dining room, and has looked nothing but scared and depressed since. I don’t know what happened during his grooming, but the result looks and feels a lot like abuse. We will never return, and I hope this review encourages others to think twice before trusting this place with their beloved pets.
