Dog Hotel | Daycare

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare and boarding facility. Every single staff member I’ve met has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to answer my questions, and I never feel like I’m being a bother when I call or check in on Sadie. What gives me the most peace of mind is seeing how much they truly love the dogs in their care. Whenever I watch Sadie on the daycare cameras, I constantly see staff stopping to give her pets, attention, and affection. It’s clear they care about her as an individual and not just another dog. Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but I always know Sadie is safe, loved, and well cared for here. The staff goes above and beyond, and it shows in everything they do. I’m so grateful to have found a place I trust completely with my girl.

My dog and I love it here!! As well as their other location on N. Halsted Ave. This privately own business actually cares for your pet, or in my case, my child! The facility is extremely clean and the prices are very competitive. Ill definitely be coming here for many more years to come. The team is always willing to help to fit your needs and schedule. With drop off times at early as 5am and pick up until 10pm. Leaves you plenty of time for yourself to get things done. See you all again soon! Thanks Team Dog!

I cannot recommend Ilona enough as a dog groomer! She does an absolutely amazing job with my golden retriever, Francisco. Every single time, his haircut is perfect because she listens so carefully to exactly what I want done. She has such a sweet and gentle way with dogs, and it’s clear how much she truly loves them. Francisco adores her! He’s never nervous or afraid to go see her—in fact, he gets so excited when we pull up to the building. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in the hands of someone he both trusts and enjoys spending time with. On top of all that, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of care and skill that Ilona provides. Finding a groomer who is talented, attentive, kind, and affordable is rare, and I feel so lucky to have found her. If you want your dog to look great, feel happy, and be treated with love, Ilona is the one!

My dog loves coming here! I was happy to see another daycare/boarding option in the neighborhood and took a tour of the facility which is truly impressive. I like that there are multiple daycare areas to separate all different sizes of dogs. Collin has been great with onboarding and helping my little guy adjust to a new daycare. They also have extended hours, which is a nice option!

This dog hotel has been a true blessing for my pup. She comes here for both daycare and boarding, and I’ve been so impressed with the level of care she receives. The facility is always clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Since my dog can be a picky eater, I really appreciate how they go the extra mile to make sure she eats. When she stayed for boarding, they treated her like royalty. If you’re looking for a place that treats your dog like family, this is it. With so many dog hotels in Chicago, this one truly stands out. We've taken our puppy Winnie to the Dog Hotel for daycare several times and she absolutely loves it. The staff is warm, welcoming and very attentive. Theresa has been there every time and has always given me great feedback and updates on Winnie's visit, as well as training tips and areas for improvement. We highly recommend them!

Absolutely stunning facility! So excited to have this open! We love Dog Hotel! We used to go to the River North location but this is right by my condo so it’s much more convenient. Top notch service. Amazing customer service- always willing to make our accommodations work. We have brought two of our dogs to Dog Hotel and they have always made us feel like cherished family!
