We LOVE Doggie Works! Our pugs Otis and Louis are always so excited to be dropped off for boarding (which says a ton about how they are cared for). Andrew and Jason are exceptional and very attentive! They provide updates on how the dogs are doing and photos. When we pick them up they are happy and clean (and a little tired, also a very good sign!) After having such a horrendous experience with Wicker Pet we are so happy to have found their forever 2nd home at Doggie Works while we are away!

I absolutely love Doggie Works. I feel completely supported by their team—they’re honest, compassionate, and truly care about the well-being of every pet they look after. When my dog was diagnosed with diabetes, the owner personally called me to offer reassurance and let me know that she and her staff have experience caring for dogs with special medical needs. That level of care meant the world to me. I trust them like family.

My old boy Chewie loves going to Doggie Works! He barks and wags his tail from the minute he’s in the car until they open the door for him. The entire staff is super kind and attentive, and he gets the right amount of play with dogs that match his energy. The facility is always clean and safe. His groomer is on site too. He looks super dapper every time I pick him up. We couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been bringing my dog Brutus (he's a half Great Pyrenees and half St. Bernard mix) to Doggie Works for many years now, both for grooming and boarding, and I can’t say enough great things about this place. Jennifer, in particular, is fantastic. She's always accommodating, thorough, and communicative when it comes to Brutus’ grooming needs. The staff as a whole is outstanding, and I really appreciate the patience they show with Brutus’ size and energy. What stands out most is how excited Brutus gets when he realizes he’s heading to Doggie Works. Jason and Andrew do well with him and I believe this alone speaks volumes about the care and environment the staff provides. Whether it’s a grooming appointment or a boarding stay, I know he’s in good hands here. I highly recommend Doggie Works to anyone looking for professional, caring, and reliable service. They truly go above and beyond!

An amazing experience! My pup loves to head there, gets excited driving by it! The staff is so communicative; and transparent. Making a nervous mom feel like me and my pup are in good hands. Special thanks to Jason, he is amazing. Their own dog whisperer!

The most trustworthy place and super clean! It was a dream to find this amazing place for our fur baby. His always taken care of beyond our expectations, and not only is it a great daycare it's a one stop place for all our grooming needs.

Initial Reactions Week 1 - Jake was incredible responsive when my husband and I were looking for a Doggie Day Care for our one and half year old boxer mix - Ranger. We also did research around the Chicago area and Doggie Works definitely has the best priced packages, solid reviews on google/yelp, and great environment. We dropped Ranger off around 7am and picked him up around 5pm and both times staff were immediately available and willing to help us. They were also more than happy to feed Ranger his greenie and late afternoon snack! When I picked up Ranger, Jake introduced himself in person and I was informed that Ranger was "a good and chill boy." And as soon as Ranger got in the car, he was fast asleep. All in all 5 out of 5 for Doggie Works. I am excited to continue bringing Ranger here and allow him to make new friends. We would definitely recommend Doggie Works to anyone in the Chicago area.
