Daycare at Fuzzy Urban Tails is my dog's favorite day of the week. Whenever we drop him off, we know the owner and his family are ensuring he is taken care of, from a safety and enrichment standpoint. And every time we pick him up, he's happy, healthy, and tired from playing with all his friends. My dog is a rescue, and part of his journey has been trying to get him more confident outside of the home. Fuzzy Urban Tails has helped immensely with his confidence and courage. Plus, he's made a bunch of friends there. We've also done some minor grooming—the occasional nail trim—and it is excellent. We're hoping to try their boarding. Long story short: we trust Fuzzy Urban Tails to take great care of our dog in any of the experiences they offer.

This place is very family oriented and my dogs LOVE it here. I pretty much bring them here to play rather than for having to be watched (though I trust them for that in the future). I prefer that this place is smaller / cozier over other options of the area. It's my preference, the other places are fine but felt a bit cold to me. These people love dogs and are experienced, I trust them 100%. I care about how my dogs feel going any place and this seems to feel like a second home for them. Thank you! 🙂

We are visiting Logan Square, Chicago for two months and didn't know where to take our Standard Poodle for a bath and clean up. He's over 12 years old and requires some patience. Luis and the team at Fuzzy Urban Tails not only were kind to the old boy, but they also restored his gorgeousness and "fuzzy urban tail". It's not easy to trust a stranger with your pup. Luis earned our trust. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect place for my little chihuahua to socialize safely. The owners are very nice and excellent with dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog here, whether it's just for the day or for long periods when traveling.

Our dog is SO excited to go Fuzzy Urban Tails when we bring her in the morning (and so tired from playing with her dog friends when she gets home). The staff is kind, flexible, and communication is wonderful. We have had our dog at other daycares, but they do not compare to this space. I love knowing she is getting time each day in the outdoor area and comfy place indoors as well. I would highly recommend!

We've been sending our dog to Fuzzy Urban Tails for about 8 months. She cannot wait to go and comes home happy and tired. It's obvious how much love, care, and attention the owners give towards the dogs. The facility has great indoor and outdoor space. It's a great community for our dog that far exceeds any other daycares we have used. We highly recommend.

We just boarded our mini Goldendoodle puppy, Rudy (only 6 months old!), at Fuzzy Urban Tails for a week while we took a family vacation that wasn't dog friendly. It was the best experience and we will definitely use them again. They sent pictures every day with an update on how Rudy was doing. She played with other dogs, they took her on walks, and gave her so much love and attention. They also made sure to ask us about her schedule and did everything they could to keep her on her routine. You can tell that everyone who works there truly cares about dogs. We were so nervous to leave our puppy, but they quickly put our minds to ease. Our kids said that Rudy looked so happy in the photos it was like she went on her own vacation!
